Bad service and no complimentary breakfast when it was stated to be give. Booked executive room with terrace but met with a dark closed room

Good location, good room, warm and hospitable staffs, room tariffs are manageable. Though breakfast is nominal but its ok considering the tariffs

Komfort stay is really a comfortable and affordable stay. The rooms are neat and clean and well- maintained. The bathroom is quite ok. Housekeeping service is ok. The location is very nice for easy communication. The food quality is perfect. The receptionist ***** with all the staff are very cordial, sobre and the customer service is just awesome.
