Clean and well located . Gentle and responsive staff. Amenities seem old and dated ( position of shower knobs can’t be accessed unless you stand below shower) , had unfortunate incident of bathroom getting locked and unable to open and it was 2am typed . Staff did come and fix it within 5-7 minutes but was scary considering the hour.

Service and facilities are great. I really enjoy the food (they have recently changed the chef and food quality remains very very good). Every time I come back, I'm delighted with the staff reception and quality of service. They are the best

Room was fine. Breakfast is something that they can rewlly work on. The taste as well as the service. The spread was okayish. The food taste was not upto the mark. Everything had excess salt in it.

At my previous booking the allocated room was always at 7th or 8th floor and was spacious incomparison to my this booking. And specifically i always mention room at high floor. And the ac directly opposite to the bed was not working though it was centralized ac but the vents had some problem due to which the air flow was not coming. Otherwise everything was good since i have booked the hotel previously also few times

I have been a customer of this hotel for nearly 20 years in various ways. Once upon a time, it was the best hotel in guwahati. It still retains its old charm. The room was excellent. The food was also very good, although a few items were missing from the menu (such as the tutti frutti ice cream. Overall, we liked the hotel.

Very professional and helpful front desk. Good view, fresh and clean atmosphere. Parking narrow however. Good interior, spacious. Suggestion: interior plants (room, hallway)

Very neat and comfortable. Very decent ad safe especially for females travel-ling alone, this hotel is safe. For me safety is very important as i travel alone a lot.

One time stay. Service is poor. Number of times questioned to get required services. Complementary breakfast has no spread. No proper dining hall set up. Rooms are good as the hotel is new. But not well maintained. Curtains are dirty. Cleanings are not done regularly. Will not get required tea coffee pouches at the right time. No proper greetings at the reception
