Room was fine. Breakfast is something that they can rewlly work on. The taste as well as the service. The spread was okayish. The food taste was not upto the mark. Everything had excess salt in it.

The stay, very comfortable, close to the airport and the staff in the hotel and their restaurant is very courteous. Made all efforts to make us comfortable during the stay. The rooms are spacious and well appointed, the restaurant food is excellent. The service offered by Mr. Sanjay, Mr. Migam, & Mr.Dipu was very prompt and supportive. The food is delicious, the Chef Bipul Barman prepares food which gives you contentment to the soul. Thank you everybody, and not to forget Mr.Sikdar at the front desk, was very courteous even during our midnight check-in. Overall had a very pleasant stay.

At my previous booking the allocated room was always at 7th or 8th floor and was spacious incomparison to my this booking. And specifically i always mention room at high floor. And the ac directly opposite to the bed was not working though it was centralized ac but the vents had some problem due to which the air flow was not coming. Otherwise everything was good since i have booked the hotel previously also few times

Hotel mayflower is one of the best hotel in guwahati. Staff are very polite and room service was excellent.

We are a very senior citizen couple over 70 years of age. We found the hotel on the internet and stayed here for only six hours of rest in the afternoon/evening because we had a late night flight to catch from Guwahati. The room no 102 (twin-bedded) allotted to us had all the required facilities like fridge, TV, electric kettle, AC, but it was very cramped. The toilet seat had many yellow spots and marks, the single towel in the bathroom was damp and frayed. Some water lines were rusted. There was only one single cup provided for tea coffee even though there were two of us. The door was defective. Hotel has a lift and a restaurant. But, surprisingly, on the day of our visit the restaurant was closed for the public because it was apparently reserved for a private party. We were therefore compelled to eat in the room with our guest and it was all very cramped and uncomfortable. The food was extremely average. However the hotel is very well located in Paltan Bazar, Guwahati, and is extremely budget friendly. Recommended for an overnight stay for young or budget conscious people or honeymooning couples who can ignore the small irritants. Absolute value for money.

Amazing place for stay n conference. Food, service, location, proximity to Railway station, Bus Station, city Mkts etc makes it a best choice for conference. Room has all basic amenities. Breakfast menu was good. Nice restaurant serving great choice of snacks, deinks and food. Their Biryani was one of the best I have ever had. More surprisingly, it was tasting better in this Far East City then some of the known cities serving it. Great experience of staying with them.
