An Unforgettable Experience
Our brief stay at this stunning hotel was a masterclass in exceptional service. Our spacious river-view room with a bathtub offered breathtaking views of the river. The staff were warm and welcoming, with Ms. Xiao Zhao's outstanding service leaving a lasting impression. She arranged for a driver to take us to Furong ancient town and waited for us to return safely, despite being off-duty. Her kindness and dedication continued as she helped us order takeout and waited for our food to arrive. The next morning, she reminded us of breakfast time and gifted us a thoughtful farewell present. Her exceptional service is a testament to the hotel's commitment to excellence. Nice view room. Very friendly and helpful staff. Free transport from and to airport and also central. Breakfast is so so only. Limited choice. Overall is still great.

The staff there gave us a free upgrade to a river view room which was breathtaking. The hotel provides free rides to and from the Furong Ancient Town which made our trip so much more convenient. Zhao Maojiao and Wang Mingling were friendly and spoke English which helped a lot

All I have to say is that we had a very pleasant stay in this hotel. The rooms are big and super clean, comfortable bed and pillows. The staff was amazing, super friendly and helpful, specially Miss Wang Milin and Zhang Mingmei, they were exceptional. We highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent services. The location is next to the highway. A 1.8 km walk to the scenic spot but it’s worth. You can explore nearby local cuisine and various other local artifacts in the town. I booked my room on the 13th floor to get the best view of the scenic spot and was worth it. The management arrangement pickup and drop off services at the railway station which makes things easier. Overall a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Will highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

After we arrived at the hotel, he helped us with our luggage and asked about our journey. After arranging the room for us, he asked us if we would go to Furong Town for sightseeing in the evening, and told us that if we drove there, parking would be very inconvenient, so the hotel sent a car for free pick-up, which was very convenient for us.
