Valued accommodation with great view from hotel room and great customer service. Recommend getting the room with balcony to enjoy the view of the river and the waterfall.
The hotel provided free rid from/to the high speed train station, and the the scenic place. Very considerating service.

An Unforgettable Experience
Our brief stay at this stunning hotel was a masterclass in exceptional service. Our spacious river-view room with a bathtub offered breathtaking views of the river. The staff were warm and welcoming, with Ms. Xiao Zhao's outstanding service leaving a lasting impression. She arranged for a driver to take us to Furong ancient town and waited for us to return safely, despite being off-duty. Her kindness and dedication continued as she helped us order takeout and waited for our food to arrive. The next morning, she reminded us of breakfast time and gifted us a thoughtful farewell present. Her exceptional service is a testament to the hotel's commitment to excellence. I highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service and amenities. Couple pictures from our room looking at Furong day and night views.

Nice view room. Very friendly and helpful staff. Free transport from and to airport and also central. Breakfast is so so only. Limited choice. Overall is still great.

The staff there gave us a free upgrade to a river view room which was breathtaking. The hotel provides free rides to and from the Furong Ancient Town which made our trip so much more convenient. Zhao Maojiao and Wang Mingling were friendly and spoke English which helped a lot

we were greeted warmly upon entering the hotel. The room was big, clean and bed comfortable. The breakfast had many choices. Don't worry about the hotel was not right at the old town, the hotel provided drop off and pick up service free of charge. Overall, the stay was excellent.

Amazing hotel and the best concierge service we had in all of our trip in China!
They offered the ride to and from the railway station and the furong town as well!

Hotel room is big and clean. All hotel staff are so friendly, they greeted you with great smiles. Miss Zhao assisted us with all the transportation from/to the railway station and the Waterfalls attraction. A very BIG Thank You to Miss Zhao for arranging the taxi for us at the 2300hrs to go back to the hotel even when she was already off duty. Greatly appreciated her assistance. Strongly recommend this hotel
