Facilities: complete, with induction cooker for cooking, open kitchen
Hygiene: Very clean, cleaned every day
Environment: The surrounding business district is very complete, and shopping and walking are very convenient. It’s safe to travel alone at night
Service: Warm and thoughtful. Because of the language barrier, the front desk took the initiative to help me book a car, which was so convenient.

What should I start with...
It's a new building, so it's clean and nice to look at,
but I think the interior facilities are the worst.
In this nice building, they installed a window-type air conditioner, so
I couldn't sleep properly because of the noise (the bed is right next to it), and when I tried to sleep on the floor,
this time, the sound of the refrigerator running gave me a headache, so I had no choice but to unplug the cord, turn off the air conditioner, and take a nap.
Also, the bed is set high, so it's weird to sit on it,
so my eye level with the TV doesn't match, so I can't watch it properly...
Anyway.....I think it wasn't the worst hotel I've ever stayed at.

1. Booked with breakfast included -> When checking in at the front desk, the hotel said breakfast was not included -> I was able to receive a breakfast coupon after showing the reservation document
2. Cement water fell all over the basement 2nd floor parking lot. Even my car...
3. The hotel hallway was extremely hot. There was no air conditioning or cooling at all
(8/9-8/10 9th floor)
4. The room was very spacious. But there was a lot of dust on the window frame. It was almost a month old dust.
I doubt I will stay here again.

Except for the fact that I didn't know it was cool even though I left the air conditioner on all night, the service was good, and the hotel breakfast was delicious. I think I'll go there again next time I go to Gwangju.
