"This hotel is genuinely great! My kids woke up late while we were traveling, so we didn't go to breakfast until after 9 AM, but even then, the spread was still complete. The variety here is already richer than other places I've stayed, which is something to commend. The hotel lobby is grand, and the facilities are all new and very convenient to use. The service, too, is beyond words! As soon as I walked in, the front desk staff smiled at me and even proactively offered children's slippers and toothbrushes for my kids. The attention to detail is impressive, and everything is clean, with comfortable bedding. I slept so peacefully the whole night. [Strong][Strong][Strong]"

但安排的房間與網上的高級雙床房圖片不符，圖片有沙發，實際沒有沙發！前台告知這種房型沒有空調！請示後説給免費升級“高級商務雙床房〞，有沙發，但空調沒有暖風熱風，居然能調到45℃，吹出來的還是冷風！在網上不應叫“高級智能雙床房”或“高級智能商務雙床房”！不然容易引起誤導，亦或欺騙？
另外，酒店名稱網上叫“蘭亭·尚品酒店”，但停車場指引及進酒店大廳、電梯間，都叫“蘭歐·尚品酒店”標識，車進了地下停車場把人搞蒙！
希望酒店能整改完善。"
