SsssstripA truly comfortable hotel with a charming blend of history and design. We were offered complimentary soft drinks upon check-in. Our room thoughtfully provided recommendations for both traditional local eateries and modern dining options in the vicinity. The hotel's public library is well-stocked with Tainan travel guides. The room itself was comfortable, clean, and spacious. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserCheck in was easy and staff was friendly and accommodating. Rooms were spacious and well equipped however the AC was very noisy with little possibility to adjust.
Street noise was bad on one wing of the hotel, I had to request to be relocated to another side which the staff accommodated after some follow up and ”encouragement”. It was strange that after 9pm there was no drink or food available at any of the restaurants or bar. The reception staff was kind enough to extend our stay by 1h without additional charge.

The hotel offers complimentary washing machines and dryers, with free laundry detergent provided, which I really appreciated. It's an eco-friendly hotel, and their commitment to sustainable design is evident. Instead of bottled water, they provide kettles for guests to refill at water dispensers.
My two-night stay in Tainan unfortunately coincided with city-wide school and business closures.

We were greeted with welcome fruit upon arrival, and the hotel staff were lovely, offering excellent service and a very polite attitude.
## Cleanliness
The hotel was spotlessly clean and tidy.
## Environment
The environment was fantastic, and the location couldn't be better. It's situated right across from Hayashi Department Store. Tainan's city center isn't vast, and Anping Old Street is easily accessible to the west. Plus, it's conveniently close to Tainan TRA Station (train station).

Vvictor zhongThe overall service quality at the hotel was excellent. The front desk staff were friendly and polite, proactively reached out to guests, and their responses were always prompt and helpful.
The hotel's surroundings were quiet and elegant. Its prime location meant it wasn't impacted by nearby buildings, and there was ample space for relaxation nearby.
The room facilities were well-maintained, and the cleanliness was excellent. However, the bathtub was a bit old and had some cracks, though it didn't pose any immediate danger.
The bathroom's glass door could benefit from frosted film to make it more visible, reducing the chance of collisions, or to enhance user privacy! Moreover, the privacy curtain was installed outside the bathroom, which was not very convenient to use.
For the extra bed, an open-style screen could be added to provide more personal space and privacy, and minimize direct sightlines with the main bed.
The breakfast quality was very satisfactory, especially the buffet.

GGuest UserIt is my third or fourth time staying in this hotel. The room is very spacious and comfortable. This is the tallest building in town and should be the most luxurious hotel there. It is right next to the Tainan Rail Station and is super convenient. Staff service is great. There aren’t much changes since I last stayed here in 2014. Nonetheless it is a place worth staying in Tainan.

AAnonymous UserThe room is very big. The deluxe family room has a double bed, two single beds, a full bathroom (with shower + bathtub), a half bathroom (toilet + washbasin), and two TVs. It is really comfortable for three people to stay in. The breakfast is delicious, with a rich variety of dishes and freshly brewed beef soup. There is an underground flat parking space. I will stay here again next time I go to Tainan.

GGuest UserThere is a Subway on the first floor of the hotel, 85 Degrees C opposite, and Tainan University of Technology nearby, so there are many food options. There is a parking lot in the basement of the hotel and a laundry room on the 3rd floor. The hotel does not provide bottled water. There are kettles and water containers in the room. There is a water dispenser next to the elevator. If you need to take water out, you can bring your own thermos. It is very environmentally friendly and feels good 👍. The room is clean. You can use coffee in the lobby from 10:00 to 22:00. I will choose this hotel again when I come to play nearby. It takes about half an hour to drive to Anping and Sicao Green Tunnel, which is very convenient for travel.
