Turpan Hotels with Gym

Hotel location is perfect with many eateries and shopping areas nearby. Breakfast is perfect with many choices. What really stands out however is their service. We were given a free room upgrade when we arrived. The view from the 15/F through the large bay windows is just superb. The hotel manager speaks good English and goes out of his way to assist us getting our excess luggage sent out by courier. Our train tickets to our next location (Urumqi) were cancelled the day before our travel and the manager gave us good advice on the options. Other hotel staff were very courteous. Nice free transport to the train station when we left too.

We spent two nights at the hotel and everything was very good. The rooms were clean and smart with even a smart toilet. The water pressure in the bathroom was really good 👍 The breakfast buffet had a good selection of Chinese breakfast items. Location wise, its quite central with a big supermarket downstairs and walking distance to the main street of Turpan. Taxi is needed to reach the main sites. Would definitely return here.

The room is spacious, bright, clean and tidy. It's a good stay. The breakfast is simple but good. I will stay here again next time. Although the location is a bit remote, Turpan itself is not big. Compared with the so-called city center, I prefer the quietness here. It's convenient to walk to anywhere.

Nice hotel co-located with several other new hotel buildings which share the same breakfast area, restaurant and swimming pool. Nicely equipped room with small soaking pool plus patio area. The soaking pool is nice to relax in after a day of dusty sight-seeing. The daily free snacks in the room are also surprisingly good. Breakfast has a lot of food choices of moderate quality. About 10 minutes by taxi from the lively grape night market food area. Overall it certainly looked significantly nicer than the other hotels we saw in the Turpan area.

The two beauties at the front desk were very nice and always greeted us with a smile. The hotel is right in the scenic area, so it is very convenient to go directly to the scenic area after getting up in the morning and having breakfast. The room facilities are complete, clean and hygienic, and the details are well done. The local weather is hot, so the room provides two more bottles of iceberg water than other hotels, and there is also a Xiaodu speaker for listening to music. All in all, this is the most satisfactory and cost-effective B&B hotel we stayed in during this trip to Xinjiang

Parking downstairs is also very convenient and free. Hygiene: The sanitation is very tidy and cleaned carefully, so I feel relieved. Service: The service is very considerate, you can issue invoices, and they also listen carefully to the needs of guests. It is worth mentioning that the water in Turpan is very moisturizing in Xinjiang. You must rinse it to take away the fatigue on your body.

Very centrally located within reach of many restaurants by foot or a short car ride. The hotel staff were very helpful and even recommend us taxi services to visit the famous Turpan sites. The rooms were given fresh fruits daily which was a really nice touch.

The room is very carefully designed, the color combination is very warm, the bedding is soft, and it is very comfortable to sleep. The courtyard of the B&B is super beautiful, and you can take beautiful photos in every place. You can enjoy a leisurely time here and relax your body and mind. The front desk lady Su Su's service is first-class. She helped us take photos 📸 and check in, and also gave us souvenirs. This sister 👭 trip is perfect!

It is said that it is a government reception, the environment is very good, and it is about 20 minutes' walk from Grape Valley. It's just that the service makes people feel that it doesn't match the environment: the triple room we booked should be the kind with a sofa, but when checking in, the two beautiful girls at the front desk were chatting and asked me if it was a triple room. I clearly said it was, but when I got to the room, I found that it was a double room. How can three people sleep? I called and said that they made a mistake and changed us to a room on the same floor. OK, but when I went in, I found that there was no sofa. It was basically a triple room changed from a double room. There was only one bedside table, shared by two beds, and there was only one charging socket on it. The other bed had no bedside table and no charger to use! ! I raised questions at the time and asked us to wait. After waiting for about 20 minutes, there was no news. We were so tired from driving and wanted to lie down, and we still had a trip! So I called and said that I would not change it. Then I didn't want to get water from the car, so I thought about asking the waiter to send 3 bottles of water. The front desk said it was okay. After a while, I called again and said that each bottle would cost 2 yuan because there were already three bottles of water in the room. Why didn't you say it directly when you answered the phone? Are you not proficient in business? Moreover, we traveled all the way in southern Xinjiang, and the hotels we stayed in gave us 3 extra bottles of water. It's not that we have to pay for extra water. From the beginning, we were assigned the wrong room, the wrong room type, and then the waiting... the surprise we had when we saw the hotel environment before was gone. It was disappointing! The hotel facilities are also a bit old. They said it was their newest building. I hope they can improve their service and live up to their good reputation and good environment!

To be honest, the breakfast is not good. Maybe there are not many people staying. When I went to eat at 8 o'clock, it was basically not updated. However, there is no problem with the room, and the facilities and hygiene are ok.
