"尊敬的陽新開元大酒店管理層：
您好！我要投訴貴酒店早餐麪點檔口的工作人員，事情經過如下：
昨日早餐期間，我前往煮麪檔口，第一次向工作人員明確點了一份寬粉，對方回覆“可以”。
過了兩分鐘，我第二次過去詢問我的寬粉好了沒有，對方一臉茫然，衹迴應了一聲“啊？”，完全不記得我點過餐，我衹好再次説明我點了寬粉。
等了一會兒我第三次過去，看到工作人員一直在煎雞蛋、煮雞蛋，完全沒處理我的訂單，我再次詢問粉好了沒有，對方依舊驚訝地“啊”了一聲，才敷衍説“哦，我馬上煮”。
等到我第四次過去詢問時，該工作人員突然大聲沖我説：“你的粉不是好了嗎？放在那裡了！”
可我看了一圈，根本沒有我的粉。隨後才發現，我的寬粉已經被另一位客人拿在手上了。該工作人員反而指責我：“粉好了我叫你了，你自己不答應！”但事實上，他從頭到尾根本沒有叫過我，我當時就坐在離檔口非常近的位置，完全不可能聽不到。
整個過程中，工作人員多次忘記訂單、做事拖沓，出餐之後也沒有正確叫號或提醒，導致我的餐品被別人端走，最後還倒打一耙，態度十分惡劣，毫無服務意識。
第二天我就此問題進行投訴，餐飲經理回電時，不僅沒有正視服務問題，反而偏袒員工，聲稱服務員已經叫過我，是我自己沒回應，明顯在包庇、掩飾服務缺陷，讓我非常不滿。
作為入住客人，本應享受安心舒適的用餐服務，此次經歷不僅耽誤用餐時間，還讓人心情極差，希望酒店能認真核實情況。"
