The hotel is very popular. I could only book a standard room for a king-size bed room before. But when I was about to check in, I saw a superior room and grabbed it immediately. The size of the superior king-size bed room was OK, but the superior twin room should not be 24 square meters and seemed very small. So my friend upgraded the double standard to a suite.

The facilities are relatively complete. The hotel has a gym with a small sauna and three shower rooms, suitable for taking a shower after working out.

The view from the room is nice! The lobby is very design-oriented and the breakfast buffet is very good! If you come to Lei City, I recommend staying here. If you want to park, I suggest you find a public parking lot, which is cheaper.

The room is spacious and clean. The gym is also quite big. The breakfast is delicious but a bit expensive.
The service is average. It was midnight when we arrived. The front desk didn't hear us ringing the bell and opened the door for us after a long time. It felt like minus ten degrees outside. It was freezing. Other than this, everything else was pretty good

The room is suitable, facing the street but relatively quiet. There is free parking at the door and there is a free parking lot nearby. There is also a cheap Piggy Supermarket nearby. The location is very good. Reykjavik is not that big, and itâs not too far to walk to the central shopping street and the cathedral. Coupled with the rich breakfast, it is indeed a good choice

Our stay was very enjoyable, the location was great and the hotel amenities were amazing. Would definitely recommend!

Indulge in treatments in the spa, featuring an original 19th-century stone wall that reflects Icelandâs tradition of natural bathing. An award-winning chef is at the helm of our hotel restaurant and bar, open all day, and the fitness center has everything you need for a full-body workout.

The hotel has a great flair. Modern and traditional at the same time. Location is great close to the old city center and the harbor. People are very friendly and helpful. Only finding a parking spot and the way to the hotel was a bit confusing. Hotel entrance doesnât carry a sign or letters with the hotel name.

Great
GGuest UserA very good experience, the hotel has a sense of design, is exquisite and clean. The front desk staff are very welcoming and friendly. In particular, the Chinese lady at the front desk was patient and polite, spoke Mandarin very well, and helped us solve many problems. I would like to express my special thanks to her. The bedding is also very comfortable. It can be said to be the best among the many hotels we have stayed in during our trip to Northern Europe. Highly recommend this hotel
GGuest UserNordic style hotel, super safe. You need to swipe the room card twice to enter the room floor and elevator. Breakfast time is from 7 to 10 in the morning (included). The hotel has a free sauna for guests. Itâs freezing in Iceland. Itâs not too comfortable to use a sauna to cool down. There is a Japanese ramen restaurant in front of the hotel. If I remember correctly, itâs called Ramen Momo. Itâs next to it. The famous Tintin Museum is very small in Leicester City and is very convenient to go anywhere. The nearby bus stop is bus stop 4.
GGuest UserI missed the welcome of warm cookies in the afternoon. There was nothing.
The front desk staff was fine- nothing to write home about.
It was nice they held our luggage after checkout for a few hours as we shopped before heading to the airport.
Tip to others- P3 parking lot is about 3 blocks away close to the water side- there was always parking there.
The location was good. In the middle of the action.
We also loved the buffet breakfast. Eggs, salmon, breads, pastries, so many things. Only comment is that the variety was the same for the 3 days there- no changes- so it did get boring after day two.
The beds comfy. room is nice. water pressure for showers good.
I would stay here again.
HHuizhouchakeCasarThe location of the hotel is acceptable, only a quarter of an hour's walk from Rainbow Street. We booked a family room for three days, and the indoor area was quite large. The front desk took a long time to check in, and gave me a room number of 444. I asked the front desk guy if I could change it, and he said no option without thinking. He said that the rooms were occupied. I was very angry and showed him Booking/Ctrip and asked him what rooms were being sold on the platform? Then he said, come back in an hour. Very dissatisfied with this service. The breakfast was not bad, but there were too many people diners. There were groups of European and American senior citizens, and the place was crowded with people.

éżéżè«ç«In the city center, the famous lake, it will take about 10 minutes to walk to the concert hall. Lived on the third floor spire. The room is big in Iceland. There is a small balcony. The Italian restaurant downstairs is quite delicious.
ćŽćŽExcellent, breakfast is good, no extra bed is possible, but sofa is great! Good location in the city center, parking can be parked on the side of the road
HHuanyoushijierenxiaoyaoThe hotel is in a good location! The hotel linens in Northern Europe are as good as always! The front desk service is polite and thoughtful! What I didn't expect was that there were cookies in the room! Drinking a cup of coffee, it was like recharging, and immediately immersing myself in the beautiful scenery of Iceland! It's a pity that the sky is not beautiful! I didn't see the northern lights! But the northern lights are rare! I have seen them in Saariselka, Lapland, Finland in March 2018!
