Province of Palermo Hotels with Gym

What a lovely suprise. Nestled in such beautiful surroundings, atmosphere was unique. We arrived late and were hungry, they helped us with a very nice cheese platter and local wine, a must try. Room was great, clean and comfortable. Would clearly go back were we to come to Cefalu area again

 Service: The hotel service is terrible. I ordered tuna salad in the restaurant and it turned out to have bones. They gave me a large piece of bread to eat. They said I could eat the bones. It was a small bone. They asked me to go to the hospital for a checkup. They also asked me to pay for it myself. After negotiation, they called an ambulance. It was free. No one from the hotel went to help. I waited in the hospital for an afternoon.

The room is clean and tidy, the resort hotel has complete facilities, the service staff is extremely friendly, the breakfast is rich and delicious, and the location is more convenient if you drive by yourself.

I do not recommend going to Palermo at all. All hotels at the beach there are old((and this hotel too. I haven't rested in such old hotels for a long time. The only thing that saved this room was the view of the sea. But it was also darkened by the fact that we lived on the 2nd floor and the roof of the restaurant partially overlaped the review. It was necessary to walk about 1 km to the beach. But the views and nature of the hotel are really beautiful! Waves breaking about stones, flowers, mountains. Water color 😍 It is necessary to say that the room was not cheap at all. We paid $224 a night. While, for example, in Finland or Poland, we lived in rooms for $100, which were much better than that. Also, because we lived on the 2nd floor and the roof of the restaurant blocked us the view of the sea, so every evening, When people came to the restaurant for dinner, we were forced to listen to this gallege, noise for 3 hours. The only thing that was good at this hotel was its staff. Always very kind and smiling. They brought us to the room the tug as soon as I asked. At the end of the stay we were ordered a taxi and printed tickets for the plane. However, at the beginning, before our arrival, there was a strange situation on the respiratory. Somehow at 11 a.m. the manager took our passports and said he would give them only at 8 p.m. Why does he have our passports for such a long time? Usually they are just copied and returned immediately. I wanted to rumor already. But when I offered him the copies I made in advance, he returned our passports. Breakfasts were delicious, the Swedish table. The water temperature in the shower changed on its own. It was never possible to be sure it would be constantly warm. It became cold, hot on its own. It is not convenient to wash. Renovation, carpets, furniture - almost everything in this hotel is old. Good were only staff and sea view. Thank you to staff for the warm reception! They are not guilty that the hotel needs renovation.

Ottima struttura con camera deluxe spaziosa ben arredata con una bellissima cabina bagno. Dal ristorante ai bar nulla da dire solo complimenti. Ottimo servizio con personale sempre disponibili, il responsabile di sala eccezionale. Animazioni fatta da stupende ragazze sempre disponibili. Servizio spiaggia e piscine ottimo con cambio asciugamani senza problemi

Whether it is the room, the location of the hotel, the facilities and the service staff, they are all very good; we had a great three days and two nights! Be sure to leave time to have a good breakfast and walk to their private beach, either to relax or swim, the scenery is very good!

Very good 4**** hotel. At first I was expecting a more run-down hotel for the price, but that wasn't the case at all. Our room on the 4th floor was newly renovated, had everything you need and was really clean. (However, some of the upper floors look a bit older). Breakfast was typically Italian with a large selection of sweet things. Delicious. Location was good, center was within walking distance but there were still enough parking spaces. Service was also very good, I needed a toothbrush and when none was initially in stock, one was brought to me even very late in the evening. All in all, I would definitely recommend it and, especially for the price, I would book the hotel again at any time. Great!

The room facilities are a bit old, the air conditioner is very noisy, there are not many parking spaces, and it is noisy on the street in the middle of the night. The service staff are very good and of good quality. The location is quite good.

Lovely hotel overlooking a piazza. We booked a room with a balcony which was lovely to sit and watch the world go by. It is centrally located with bakeries, restaurants, shops and history right on your doorstep. Although it is a busy road, as is all the center you cannot hear the traffic in the room. The photographs of the Hotel absolutely do not do it justice at all, it is so much better.
