This is a spacious, corner unit (1,800 sqft) with a large wraparound balcony opening to a breathtaking, 180-degree ocean view and direct beach access. It is dedicated to luxury and comfort. Our building built an ocean breakwater / jetty that protects our beach and makes it very kid friendly. Baklava is a new restaurant that is directly beside our building (walk from the pool!). Sukha Beach house is less than a 5-minute walk on the beach. We are only ~20 minutes from the airport (depending on traffic), ~15 minutes to Punta Mita, ~10 minutes to Nuevo Vallarta / Vidanta, ~25 minutes to Sayulita and ~5 minutes to the Marina in La Cruz.
