"Temporary passing by for one night, the location is convenient, get off the highway. The room is OK, the area is quite large, the bedding is comfortable. But the elevator was broken, the cockroach could carry the luggage upstairs, the elevator was not repaired the next day, and the notice posted felt like it was broken for more than a day."

"The hotel was okay, it met standards but there were many small things that made our stay feel less perfect. Upon check in the room was very spacious for a double queen bed room, and bathroom spacious as well. The amenities are lacking a bit, in the bathroom it was just minimal 1 makeup remover wipe and a shower cap and hand soap. It comes with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash but our conditioner was out and stayed empty for 2 days (as I thought the cleaners might notice and refill), until I requested front desk to refill it. In terms of cleanliness some of the towels had some minor stains and the bathroom had rust and brown stains in the bathtub so it didn’t feel super clean. The worst part was that when I entered the hotel the sheets were soooooo pilly and rough, they didn’t feel soft and welcoming as a hotel should have. Those sheets should’ve been thrown out years ago, I wouldn’t even keep sheets like that at my own house they were so worn down, bumpy, and uncomfortable, I asked front desk the next morning if I could please have them changed and got a very sassy and rude response that “usually requests like this should come in before 9AM and it’s not guaranteed that they can be changed” (I requested this around 10AM before the cleaners had even appeared on my floor). I found this response extremely off putting and inhospitable, since it’s not like I caused the sheets to be rough and uncomfortable and was simply making a request to make my stay better and more comfortable, and I also requested it very kindly and didn’t rush them to do anything- just by end of day or the next day so I wouldn’t have to sleep on rough uncomfortable sheets the entire 5 days I was there. They ended up changing them but I didn’t appreciate that kind of reply. 2 days after, the cleaners left their dirty rags, some random extra pillowcases on random surfaces by my personal items on the desk and night side table, It was very careless and unprofessional and who knows where the dirty rags have been, and where those random pillowcases came from if they were clean or not, next to my personal items. They also didn’t finish cleaning the bathroom and there were missing towels and didn’t finish taking the dirty towels out. Moving on, the location was okay but one of the farther hotels from the Zion National Park entrance in the town, I did like the pool and the restaurants nearby. Lastly, for the complimentary breakfast it was basic but good and I appreciated having that every morning before we left for our adventures."

"We booked a King room through Trip.com. However, when we arrived, the Hotel informed us that we booked a Standard Room and gave us a two queen room. We showed them our Trip.com booking confirmation and they simply said we should book directly through the hotel. They refused to address the issue, offer a compromise/solution or even to apologize for the mix-up. Customer service was absolutely horrible. Needless to stay, I will never stay at a Holiday Inn again. Our trip was extended and we booked with a Marriott for our additional nights. They treated us like valued customers and made us feel we were the only ones staying in the hotel. Holiday Inn could learn from other hotels."

"The service was warm and the room was clean. There is also a coffee machine in the room. There is also a swimming pool. Breakfast is buffet style, slightly simple, but full. The overall feeling is good."

"Great hotel, very clean with pool and jacuzzi, very good breakfast. Lots of restaurants nearby, free parking. I recommend it."

"All the staff we met were very nice and at least tried to help - some newness showed as not everyone was fully trained or new answers to fairly basic questions. We knew the resort was still under construction and that there would be noise from time to time but what we didnt expect was routine dynamite explosions directly across the street from our room. Thankfully that ended early in the day so didnt disrupt sleep. The most important letdown was NO WHERE on the website or any communication we received did they inform us that the pool and hot tub are closed! The sad thing is the only reason we were given was its due to a railing needing repaired - all the pool chairs and everything are set up and ready to go. Publish this on your website so people are aware!!"

"距離沃爾瑪走路1分鐘，酒店和沃爾瑪門口都可以免費停車，停車位很多，開到隔壁小鎮的in n out 10分鐘，酒店4樓洗衣房，有2台洗衣機，2台烘乾機，各2美金，可以在前台換零錢，把衣服放洗衣機洗，去一下沃爾瑪，回來把衣服放烘乾機，吃頓晚飯，回來一週的衣服都乾淨了，不過沒有免費的洗衣液，需要自己準備，當然也可以在酒店或者隔壁沃爾瑪購買。每個樓層都有冰塊機，有個室外小泳池，泳池門口很多浴巾使用。每個房間都有微波爐，冰箱。房間浴室打掃的很乾凈，很香。前台遇見3個員工，都非常熱情，尤其是一個年輕女孩子，長得很漂亮，也非常熱情。酒店大堂和房間都很大很乾凈，雙床很大，很舒服，房間裏還有2個沙發椅，很乾凈，真的是物廉價美，非常非常滿意這家酒店。"

"Super modern hotel! The staff was very nice and premature. Breakfast was great! Free coffee and water all day. Great equipment in the lobby (different table games, TV, billiard,...) also we were allowed to use the microwave in the lobby We felt very well."

"The room has a microwave and refrigerator, but like most American hotels, it does not have an electric kettle or slippers. The environment is beautiful, and it is a few minutes' drive from Zion Park. There is a parking space at the visitor center before 10 o'clock in the off-season."
