Booked a Karmel business room direct with the hotel . This was on the first floor with good air con. Very clean with good shower and comfortable bed. Staff very helpful and provided a map of the town. Continental breakfast inc scrambled eggs which you could eat in the lovely courtyard . Great location.

we were there on the way, it's true, only for 3 days, but it was also terrible ,it stinks everywhere,dirty staff…disgusting, I would never go there again! the breakfast was very little and dry!!!!!zero!!!!!I do not recommend it to anyone!!

We really recommend this place! Reception guys really nice and professional, we arrived 3.45 in the morning and they kept in touch with us all night and waited for us to check in 🙏. Rooms clean and fresh toilets! Nice breakfast. Safe parking 🅿️. 5✨

Un buen sitio para pasar unos días de relax. El hotel tiene recepción 24 horas, amplios espacios, habitaciones grandes, limpias y bien equipadas. El bufet del desayuno bastante grande y completo. Muy recomendable.

La transformation de cet ancien couvent en hôtel est parfaitement réussie. Les chambres sont originales avec la mezzanine, un peu en longueur. L'accueil est très bien, le personnel compétent. La cour intérieure est sympathique et on peut prendre son petit déjeuner en cas de beau temps. Le buffet est bien, avec cependant un choix un peu restreint. L'aspect pratique des chambres est malheureusement un peu le point noir de l'établissement, si vous avez besoin de vous lever la nuit pour les toilettes, pas très pratique. Rapport qualité prix très bon.

Исторический отель, в здании ранее располагался монастырь, удобно расположен паре минут ходьбы от пешеходного центра. Лифта нет, кондиционера нет, но мы жили зимой и открывали окно (кстати, на окнах необычные защелки!). Если вам атмосфера важнее, чем достижения современности – вам точно понравится. Завтрак простой, но ничего сверхъестественного при цене ночи в 50 евро и не ожидалось. Чисто и красиво. Персонал отзывчивый – присмотрели за нашим чемоданом после чек-аута, пока мы гуляли по городу.
