Excellent location, very close to center, it is about 2-3 min walk to the center. We had a great experience. Prime Hotel staff were very friendly. The rooms are very clean, breakfast portion is also great. The beds are very comfortable, my family and I really enjoyed the stay in Prime Hotel Gyumri.

The breakfast was fantastic--fresh fruit, warm foods, a variety of sweets and savoury foods. The brewed coffee was weak, but the rest of the breakfast selection and available juices and teas made up for it. We had no issues with noise disturbances from the busy street outside. The rooms were well-stocked with extra travel essentials (toothbrushes, toothpaste, razors, shampoo, shower gel, etc.) as well as bathrobes in the closets. The noise cancellation of the busy street life outside was good, but we had some issues with the level of noise heard from the foot traffic in the reception area. Our rooms were located on the first floor, right by the reception and breakfast area.

Nice rooms with very comfortable beds and coffeemaker.. No damages and nicely painted rooms. Large bathroom with shower, no bathtub. Safe in room but without instructions. Fantastic breakfast including many cheesetypes and sandwich meats

Absolutely immaculate hotel. Impossibly clean. Great staff. Fantastic breakfast. Great location in downtown. There is a small convenience store next door where you can get everything you need. The reception was very welcoming and cheerful.
