We arrived early and the staff were great in supporting us. Comfortable room with great view. Nice buffet breakfast and staff were brilliant. Really can’t complain about anything and it was a great location for what we wanted to do which was to explore the ha Giang area

I originally booked another hotel, but the platform informed me that it was fully booked, and then helped me change my reservation to this hotel. Although it was still a little far from the city center, the environment was still very good.

🙂: The room is tidy, the bed is comfortable, my room has a small terrace, and the environment is acceptable
😕: The shower head 🚿 has low water pressure and is hard to imagine as a shower head in a four-star hotel. I paid for the dinner buffet at my own expense (very cheap, 225.000 VND), which was similar to the breakfast buffet the next morning. Some of the food was not too fresh.
All in all, the price (about 1.200.000 VND per night) does not match the quality🙁
