Popular Haarlem 4-star Hotels

Fantastically beautiful, comfortable and customer-friendly hotel with a delicious breakfast. Really gets a 9.7 from us. Only minor niggle is that the room wasn't really aired out and smelled fresh when we arrived, smelled a bit stuffy. But quickly opened the window myself and then it was fine. Was very clean!

The hotel has a luxury look, the staff are very friendly and despite our arrival one hour earlier, there was already a room available. The room and bathroom were clean and clean. The matraces and coats were very firm, just as I like to see. There were also enough free parking spaces. The bus stop for the bus to the center is very close, ideal! The hotel bar service is better. There was no eye for the guests who came in, they were not welcomed and you had to call a servant to get a drink. Furthermore, we had to wait a reasonably long time for our drink. Ambiance is fine.

The hotel is in Haarlem. Very easy to find just in from of the big church. Staffs are nice and willing to help. Room is clean.

Business travel, there is no such problem, parking lot, hotel shopping is very close. In the Netherlands, you don’t have to expect too much to eat.

We stayed here when we got married in Haarlem. It is a perfect location, close to airport bus, train station and city centre. The hotel looks very nice and so did the room. The living room is a handy addition for coffee and tea and relaxing. The fresh cookies and boterkoek were a nice touch. There were a few things that made this experience a bit less great. Firstly, we arrived late and would have loved to have dinner at the beautiful looking restaurant. Unfortunately, it was completely booked.It would be nice if they could reserve a spot for guest staying at the hotel (or email about this). Secondly, we had the ask for room service and new towels. Thirdly, the room itself (Presidential suite) could do with a make up mirror with dedicated light. The atmosphere lighting in the room is really nice but the lighting makes it really difficult for make up wedding preparations. There is neither a tall mirror which we would have benefitted from. Lastly, where our family staying at another hotel received a personal card regarding them staying for our wedding, we didn't receive anything. It would have nice to receive a personal greeting and some little flowers in the room about this being our special day. Just a personal touch to make this experience even more special.

The hotel is very good with all advanced facilities. It is not a traditional check-in at the front desk, but two desks and two computers are now popular in Europe. The room is not big, and the design is very reasonable, but it is actually much more beautiful than the photos. It is very close to the city center, but the parking fee is still a bit expensive if you drive there

Not bad, very clean, the only drawback is that the bed is a bit small, it is close to the road and it will be noisy if you are jet-lagged in the morning. It is close to the park and is good for running in the morning...

I must admit, The Ambassador hotel surprised me. The restaurant and bar are top class! The barman can mix any cocktail you want as he is very experienced and well focused on the customers. The bedrooms are reasonable and comfortable.  I would highly recommend this hotel as it’s close to town and all the shops and restaurants.
