Feedback for Ibis Styles Hotel in the Netherlands: I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Ibis Styles Hotel in the Netherlands, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere that immediately made me feel at home. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always going above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The room itself was impeccable – clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing me with a restful night's sleep after a long day of exploring the city. The amenities provided were also top-notch, with everything I needed right at my fingertips. One aspect of the hotel that truly stood out to me was the attention to detail. From the stylish decor to the thoughtful touches throughout the hotel, it was clear that a lot of care and effort had gone into creating a welcoming environment for guests. Additionally, the complimentary breakfast offered a wide variety of options to suit every palate, ensuring that I started each day off on the right foot. Overall, I cannot recommend the Ibis Styles Hotel enough. It truly is an excellent choice for anyone visiting the Netherlands. In my opinion, it surpasses all other brands in terms of quality, service, and value for money. I will definitely be returning on my next trip to the area.

Very Pleasant Stay - No Real Complaints I stayed here for three nights in April 2023 and we had no issues - We stayed here because of the difficulties of finding a place to stay in Amsterdam and found this a pleasant, quiet alternative, the hotel is a bit out of the way in the sleepy town of Hoofddorp but is a mere 5 min walk from the station which is a 4 min train journey to Schipol Airport and 25 min or so train journey to Amsterdam-Centraal. We never had any issues using the train with them every 10 mins or so and running until early hours of the morning we had a good experience, the fares are cheap approx €6 to Amsterdam and €3 to the airport, although you can use contactless payments tio pay, The hotel itself is very modern, with the ability to cast to the TV in the room, the bathroom was nice and the noise from the airport was kept to a minimim by the thick windows. The beds were comfortable and the staff were friendly, the ability to check on on a machine was also nice as we were able to skip the queues and check right in. Would stay here again and reccomennd to anyone wanting to go to Amsterdam but can't find anywhere suitable in the centre!

Modernized and comfortable facilities made our stay a pleasant one, as well as the friendly staff and the efficient shuttle service that we could rely on. The hotel is a bit apart, but with the shuttle we were able to move anywhere we wanted from the Schiphol airport.

The hotel was a little far out, away from food establishments and other shops, but my stay there was bliss of course. I managed to order takeaway and they have a mini 24/7 market near reception so I got my necessary goodies. You have to pay for the airport shuttle which is a little bizarre but it was a comfortable ride. It is Marriott, can’t go wrong with this one.

I turned up after two long flights. Finding the hotel was moderately difficult even though I had stayed at the nearby Hampton Inn before. 3Euro60 frpm the schiphol train station. The check in took abput 15 minutes as the only receptionist dealt with a group who hadnt paid and then were organising payment amongst themselves. I felt in the interim that maybe I could have been checked in during this time, or preferably there should have been an additional receptionist at a busy time, when travellers just want to get to their rooms. I had just arrived from Japan so the contrast in service was notable. Then on wanting to pay the tourist tax in cash was told they only take cards. Cash is still legal tender and should be treated as such. The room was pleasantly clean and the bed and shower facilities were fine. The carpet did have a noticeable stain on it. Breakfast was actually very good with a good selection and the check out girl.was friendly. Overall 50/50 but would probably not choose again.

The room was very clean. At the time of check-in, I will explain the use of this membership card to a membership card before giving the room card. I think the order can be better. It means that the card is also the room card at the same time. I have been telling the counter staff that I don’t understand English. I have been laughing all the time and then asked me where I came from. It’s really... very much, people who don’t really understand English dare to take one child with eight consecutive European countries. He also asked the counter to let him check in first, which is very rude. In addition, the hotel has a free shuttle bus to and from the airport every 40 minutes, and you can take the train from the airport to the city. Not very convenient, but because the city accommodation is much more expensive, so many people stay at the hotel near the airport. At the airport, you can see a bunch of people waiting for the shuttle bus of each hotel. The price/performance ratio is quite good. However, a deposit of EUR 50 must be paid when checking in.

This is my fourth time staying at this hotel and Mackey was fantastic yet again. He is extremely helpful and attentive and is a real credit to the hotel. Thankyou Mackey for your great service every time I have visited. The hotel was very comfortable and the breakfast great.

I highly recommend this hotel for people who want to spend not too much money  Nice quiet friendly hotel with good connection to the airport and the city center

The hotel has convenient transportation to and from the airport. The hotel environment is quiet and comfortable, very suitable for business trips and family trips. The hotel restaurant is also of good quality, good price and large portions. I will stay here again next time I go to Amsterdam.
