房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全、前台小姐姐有禮貌，去房間路過的每一位保潔阿姨都會熱情的打招呼，工作人員也會主動過來幫忙拿行李。酒店有自己的停車場，對於自駕的朋友很友好。樓下還有超市，很方便。另外cue一句，酒店的早餐超級棒，強烈推薦牛肉麪！！！如果下次有機會再來哈巴河縣一定會選擇再住在這裏

感覺很好，整個入住過程特別愉快，房間的佈局也是我喜歡的風格，簡約清新 各類設施齊全，衞生更是細緻，4樓有洗衣房帶烘乾機 ，還有健身房 24小時是開着的 ，前台服務人員服務態度很温和，停車也很方便，非常滿意哦 。

在哈巴河縣城東南邊兒。很新的酒店。門口停車十分方便，酒店1樓大堂十分寬敞，也很新。房間整潔寬敞。這個價位兒。我最近兩年住了有100多家酒店，這是唯一一個有浴缸的，可能是淡季。住實惠，性價比高吧。床鋪很舒適，枕頭也很舒服。我住的價格不含早餐，但是酒店往西邊兒等附近走，有很多吃飯的地方，大都是新疆菜，手抓飯，拌麪等，吃飯也很方便。記得酒店裡也有洗衣服的地方。第二天退房時才發現。忘記洗洗衣服了。

首先是酒店前台説話不誠實，遇到問題後找了攜程客服才能得到解決，酒店先後口徑大轉變，大無語，並且酒店價格存在嚴重倒掛，酒店卻不以為然，還得找平台解決問題，單方面與酒店溝通很無效，房間有很大的劣質香味兒，開窗睡了一宿，體驗感非常差，請避雷

前台當天接待人員服務熱情，工作認真，業務非常熟練規範，值得稱讚，第二天早晨值班前台人員也很好，退房工作處理迅速準確，而且還是2人值班，這一點在很多酒店都沒有做到（許多店衹是保安替代），酒店環境整潔衞生，酒店設施設備完好使用正常，餐廳裝修簡潔實用，菜品種類多，品相好，廚師技藝好，口味調和適應了無南地北大多數遊客的飲食習慣，難得！
