房間沒有暖氣！
前台服務差！
開了一晚的暖氣，人都不敢出被窩，別説洗澡了！那麼大個酒店，衹有大廳有電吹風，11月的北方，整棟樓都沒有暖氣！説不出的憋屈！

房間有點冷，而且跟圖片完全不一樣。隔音效果不好。一晚上都沒睡好。跟前台説換個房間還不給我換。態度很差

酒店免費升級了套房，酒店在當地算是較大的，房間乾淨，衞生間乾濕分離，整體還不錯。
衹是現在新疆旅遊人太多，酒店都貴，又難訂房，自由行交通也不方便。

設施很陳舊，淋浴房和房間沒有窗簾，很不方便。周邊吃飯的很少，停車方便。熱水還行。性價比很低！不會再入住。
