The staff always treats you politely.
I had coffee after breakfast, but I thought I would have a paper cup and a lid.

Outstanding
GGuest UserRoom & facility environment is new & good. Staff attitude is very good and helpful. But only one point that no facility provided for waste disposal of cans, plastic bottles & glass bottles
MmeilingIt's an old hotel, with a sense of the times everywhere, but it's clean. The bathroom is big and has a bathtub. The bed is medium in size and not too soft, so it's easy to sleep on. 28+26 inch luggage can be opened and walked. The location is just downstairs in the downtown area. There is a nearby Lawson where you can go shopping. The hotel has an attached parking lot, and there is also a 24-hour parking lot opposite. It is a 5-minute walk away. The check-in counter is on the second floor. It is a 10-minute drive to Kanbichao City. Next to it is the Sakurano Department Store Hachinohe
Hakono Department Store Hachito Store, very good
AAnonymous Userspacious room, large sofa, and comfortable bed. The view from the room was very nice. The staff's English is not very good. (But they were very kind)
The building was old but clean and well maintained.
由由My reservation was not confirmed and I was told at check-in that I could not stay in the reserved room. They offered me another room, but I was disappointed that there was urine left in the toilet, and there was cotton garbage and hair on the floor.
I was really looking forward to it on a family trip, so it was really disappointing.
HHoshinoThere was a parking trouble by other guests at check-in, but the staff 々 responded politely. The front desk and rooms were clean, cleaning was well done and we were able to spend a comfortable stay. I didn't use it this time, but the entrance to the public bath seemed beautiful. I want to take a bath slowly this time.
IIalalimConvenient location, free parking, go to the Bashi Center and the city on Sunday! The bedding in the new hotel is comfortable, but the toilet is old, and the others are good. 👍 I have the opportunity to live again next time.

The hotel counter has a self-service drink bar on the 2nd floor, which can be used ~
Girls also have mask and cosmetic water accessories to take 💕 Super intimate 💕
Convenient location, parking is also very convenient, the neighborhood is very lively, there are convenience stores and many foods! Although there is no big bath to soak in, the breakfast is really delicious ~ and the characteristics of eight households ~ Xianbei soup!
小小毛猫熊It’s a little far away from JR station. You can consider it when you can’t book a hotel in Aomori or Hirosaki during peak tourist season. The room is a bit old but the sanitary conditions are good. Nearby restaurants and convenience stores are also more convenient.
SSanyiAbout 5 minutes walk from Hato Station. The room is still very retro with the key. The pick-up point is the stick with the key. The room is small and small in Japanese hotels. The interior is still clean, but the design is not very reasonable. The front desk is on the second floor and the door of one building is locked. Then I gave a room on the third floor. It was on the third floor of another building. It was not connected to the third floor where the front desk was located. I had to go back from the second floor corridor oil and then take the stairs to the third floor. In addition, the WIFi signal of the hotel on this side is not very good.
