This is the worst hotel I've ever dealt with. I have booked a room for my 10 years anniversary with my dying wife ( there probably won's be an 11 year anniversary ). Unfortunately because of life circumstances ( I've lost my job ) I've had to cancel the room reservation ( 10 days before the date ). When I've explained my situation to the hotel management, and I've asked them to do the right thing and give me some kind of a refund ( even a meal voucher would have done it ). Unfortunately the hotel management decided not to do the right thing and reject my request. They gave me nothing, and they very likely booked the same room twice and made double the money. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL.

We had a deluxe room which features a very large terrace over the sea. Literally over the North Sea. The views were amazing-especially at sunset. The room was nicely decorated and the shower was excellent. The bed was two single beds put together which was not comfortable however. Also, the toilet room and the show room did not have exhaust fans which were badly needed. The breakfast was excellent, also with great views over the sea.

Het hotel bereik je via de pier met diverse eetgelegenheden en gezellige zitjes. Het ontvangst aan het einde van de pier was gastvrij met daarna het ontdekken van de kamer met een uniek uitzicht op Scheveningen en de zee. Als cadeautje is er een goed gevulde en gratis minibar. De highlights van Scheveningen zijn allemaal op wandelafstand en bed en douche in de kamer zijn comfortabel. Tenslotte het verblijf de volgende ochtend afgesloten met een lekker ontbijt met opnieuw fenomenaal uitzicht.

Ik boekte dit hotel als een romantische ervaring in een weekend waarin ik mijn vriendin ten huwelijk wil vragen. Ik boekte 2 maanden van tevoren zodat ik tijd had te regelen dat ze vrij kreeg van haar werk. Na een maand mailde ik het hotel met wat vragen, onder andere hoe laat de massage zou zijn. Ik kreeg geen reactie. Ik stuurde de mail opnieuw, weer niets. Daarna belde ik en werd me verteld dat een collega het op zou pakken; weer niks... uiteindelijk sprak ik die collega en ze gaf aan me te gaan mailen die dag. Niets... ik had al betaald; dus wat nu... het hotel komt beloftes niet na en maakt er een potje van. Ik raad dit hotel af.

Een super leuke ervaring om hier is te overnachten. Onze kamer was ruim en schoon bed was prima en badkamer ook. Maar je komt hier natuurlijk voor het uitzicht. PRACHTIG!!!! het ontbijtbuffet vonden wij wat minder maar al met al was ons avondje weg top!

Mooie locatie met vooral een prachtig uitzicht. Top romantisch verblijf voor stellen. Vriendelijk personeel wat goed helpt met in en uitchecken. Wc installatie maakt wel veel lawaai met doortrekken. Verder was het wat lastig om de ruimte warm te krijgen. Alsnog een fantastisch verblijf gehad en zeker aan te raden. Alleen misschien iets aan vernieuwing toe door bijv een nieuw verfje in de badkamer.

Weinig hotel te noemen. €250 per nacht betaald (2 kamers dus 500) oud, harde bedden, slechte kussens, overpriced ontbijt. Geen luxe gevoel voor dit geld. Je wordt niet welkom gegeten, simpel buro in kale ongezellige entree. Kuhrhause wordt je veel meer luxe gegund. Dit leek meer op een hotel zonder personeel of in ieder geval zo min mogelijk. Echt een waste of money. Hooguit 3 sterren

Da wir die Unterkunft zu spaet entdeckt haben, sind wir hier leider nur eine Nacht geblieben. Das Zimmer ist wirklich schoen und sauber. Die Minibar wird jeden Tag neu befuellt und ist inklusive. Meerblick unbezahlbar! Es gab bei uns eine Badewanne im Zimmer. Das naechste Mal in Den Haag nur noch auf die Pier!! Alles war einfach genial!!
