This hotel is fantastic! The location is perfect. Rooms are comfortable and mine had a nice view overlooking the entire city.
The service is great too. They check with you if your room is ok and constantly ask about the service and ask if you need anything. This is nice.
Everything is close to the hotel including shopping, restaurants and tourist attractions. The local markets that were nearby on Sunday were lovely and full of amazing food and different products and just nice to wander and enjoy the view and environment.
Recommended staying here!

Longest check in process in my life. The staff seemed new in her career, she didn't know what exactly to do. Also the cleaning lady knocked my door at 10 in the morning in order clean my room. This was not very nice. The hotel is located in the great area, surrounded by shops, cafe, restaurants ect.. everywhere can be reached by walk. The room I had was specious, clean and bath room was also very big. Where was also the fridge in the room which I rarely find in hotels in Europe. So, I could store my beer.

Very friendly staffs at reception, both during check in and check out. big and spacious room for 3. Personalised welcome message on TV screen on the checkin day. Overall, very satisfy with the stay.

Good hotel around the center area of The Hague. Good service and helpful staff at the reception. Parking was really overpriced at like 42 euros per day so we had to park at other lots nearby. The room was good, but found several finger/toe nails left by previous guests on the floor around the bed, which means that the floor probably hasn’t been cleaned well. Honestly a bit disgusting and disappointing for us.
