Découverte de cet hôtel à l’occasion d’un spectacle au Royal Palace. Accueil chaleureux, personnel très aimable et très gentil, chambre très petite, propre et fonctionnelle l nous étions au Rez de chaussée avec la rue bruyante en face, néanmoins une fois la fenêtre fermée, plus aucun bruit. Le peu de monde à cette époque fait que l’hôtel était calme. Dans la salle de bain quelques petites réparations sont nécessaires, rien de méchant, par contre les toilettes sont tellement basse que l’on se croirait dans une maison de poupée, à revoir absolument, c’est vraiment galère. Très bonne literie. Petit déjeuner sucré salé correct, avec une mention particulière pour les oranges pressées. Dommage que lors de notre départ, aucun personnel présent pour recueillir nos impressions et nous souhaiter un bon retour.

Nous y sommes allés pour une nuit, nous avons pris une chambre fumeur car on nous avait dit que l'odeur du tabac froid ne se sentait pas, en arrivant dans la chambre l'odeur était plus que présente, alors j'ai demandé s'il était possible de changer de chambre. La dame de l'accueil était très gentille, elle nous a de suite demandé quelle chambre nous voulions, en nous montrant le schéma des chambres disponibles, nous avons pu choisir, j'ai apprécié. La chambre était très propre, rien à redire. Pour les passionnés de sport les chaines Beinsports sont disponibles ainsi que le wifi gratuit. Un hôtel que je recommande.

The Trip application that did not transmit to the hotel that there was a 10-year-old child with us two, his parents. The manager showed me his shipment document, in fact it was noted 0 child, I showed him my confirmation of booking the application. Happy and professionally, the manager will do what is necessary to make the night work comfortable! Otherwise, big room, big bed, impeccable litre, we have sleeped well! :-) TV and climate (in heating mode given that we were in December) Big water room with shower in Italian. There is no problem with parking, a lot of parking is available in the street and next door.
