酒店服務挺好的，就是靠着KTV可能稍微有一點點吵別的都還可以。早餐品類有點少，味道還可以。登記入住的時候前台態度很好

設施：我定的是一個2.2米的大床，一進房間發現是一個小床，前台跟我説，2.2米是床的長度 我頭一次聽到這種滑稽的解釋，然後床的長度也衹有2米，這是一個標準的1.8×2米的床，還有這個所謂的什麼舒適房間 智能床墊 那個床 有遙控器 但是沒有用，隨便怎麼按 那個床墊是一動不動的，
洗澡的話的話 晚上最好別洗澡 容易感冒 因為我從9點開始 到夜裡一兩點 都是不太熱的水 女生會感覺到冷 但是早上水挺熱的
環境：這個酒店的環境真的很一般 位置是4樓這種低樓層 然後舒睡房居然是對着馬路邊的，早上全是胎噪聲，由於酒店正對着馬路，樓層較低晚上週邊店鋪關門晚，在房間可以聽到樓下人説話的聲音，房間設施也不是很新，有電動窗簾但是沒有小愛同學類似的智能語音控制設備
服務：連個打火機都沒有，酒店袋子也沒有
價格：綜合來説，不值200元的價格，衹是太晚了懶得折騰，要是我一開始知道洗澡水不熱或者早一點，我肯定不會住這邊，周圍也有全季，比這邊好多了，同樣是H酒店南通中央商務區H酒店比這邊貴20塊錢 但是那是45層以上的高樓層非常安靜 視野好 房間也比這邊大多了

設施：設施齊全 洗衣服務 Wi-Fi都有
衞生：房間和衞生間都打掃的很乾凈
環境：環境不錯 是這家酒店的老客人了
服務：前台服務很熱情 保安也很盡責 打掃客房的阿姨也很和藹可親
唯一不滿的是 ！！！酒店廚房的阿姨 九點吃早飯 我晚了十分鐘 想去吃碗餛飩 阿姨一臉兇相的跟我説截止到9點 現在不做早餐了 氣的我摔門而出 之前從來沒有遇到過這種情況 也不知道酒店負責人知不知道這種情況 不整改的話下次也就不考慮此酒店了 不要因為個別服務人員影響酒店的整體形象！
