晚上十點半入住，找房間標識不清，在裏面轉了幾圈找不到，打服務枱幾次電話都佔線，好不容易打通，跟我説房間在西樓（後來才知道此酒店分東西兩棟樓，中間有相連的，晚上西樓的電梯會關掉的），那你叫我從東樓上電梯的時候説清楚啊，你叫一個不熟悉的客人怎麼找的到。總算後來叫人帶我去的，這麼晚了，多浪費人精力。入住房間洗個澡掛個衣服，衣帽鈎上全是灰塵，不知道多久沒人住了，房間椅子上也都是上位住客留下的煙灰。晚上蚊子一直追着你轉，嗡嗡吵的你沒辦法入睡，熬到凌晨四點多好不容易迷迷糊糊要睡著了，外面大型貨車起步加油的聲音巨大無比，此起彼伏，才知道前台給我安排在靠近十字路口的房間，視頻都是隔着玻璃拍的，孩子也跟我説一夜沒有睡好。看早晨吃早餐的時候也沒幾個人，給我安排到這個房間，怎麼想的，早晨跟前台説這個問題 ，她臉色擺的好像欠她十萬塊錢似的，一次極端不好的入住體驗。

來海安一直都是住這裏，雖然地段不繁華但是很安靜啊！早餐家常口味，對我這種衹追求健康乾淨的足矣！

雖然是暗間，但窗户造型設計與燈光配合非常好，有一個陽光房的錯覺，而且房內空氣比較清新，沒有異味，沒有悶氣的感覺。
