設施：除了沒有頂噴，其他的都符合現在每一位小朋友
服務：工作人員態度都還挺客氣的
環境：出行比較方便吧
衞生：都挺好
建議：早餐是免費的，但是，早餐塗麪包的黃油吧它過期了，和服務員説了，居然還和我説看錯了保質期30年，姐姐，我沒文化不是蠢，誰家好人家一塊黃油保質5年，合適嗎合適嗎，吃完拉了一天，你懂我吃了的感覺嗎（特地拍了個照片給酒店看看）

前台小姐姐服務熱情，必須點贊。
行政房房間很大，周邊就是商場，離高鐵站20分鐘車程，出行方便。
房間雖然在15樓，但浴室秒出熱水，水量充足。

房間挺大的，積分升級了行政大，還可以吧！開了幾年了，維護的還可以，廁所門鎖有點小問題也解決了！下次可能還會住！

我願給到五星🌟，因為房間佈局非常用心，太太太棒了！完全不會踩雷的一家酒店，非常推薦。大家放心大膽來，跟圖片描述的基本沒差很輕鬆的環境，香薰味道也好聞，高級。床品很舒適，出差在外也能有家的感覺，很温馨。前台服務也特別好，很禮貌。

來海安出差的，住在附近的這個維也納酒店，房間挺大的，前台的小王美女非常熱情，服務態度特別好，因為對海安不熟悉，問了好多問題都耐心解答，以後經常要過來，衝著前台小王的服務好還會選擇住這裏
