設施很行，大晚上給前台小姐姐打電話問附近的便利店，人家還是貼心的告訴我們，雖然關門了，還是要謝謝她。衞生還有在提升，小桌子下面還有瓜子皮～不過無傷大雅。

在西柳漢庭酒店的入住體驗可謂是喜憂參半。
剛入住的時候，一切都還不錯，房間整潔舒適，設施也較為齊全。然而，第二天的早餐經歷卻給這次的入住留下了一些瑕疵。
由於個人原因，我帶着孩子遲到了一分鐘到達餐廳，本以為這不是什麼大問題，結果餐廳服務員的態度讓我無語，還帶着些許的不耐煩，這讓我原本愉悦的心情瞬間跌落谷底。
不過，值得慶幸的是，酒店前台小高的服務非常出色。他始終保持着熱情、專業和友善，無論是辦理入住時的高效和細心，還是在處理我遇到的問題時所展現出的積極態度和解決方案，都讓我感到十分滿意。
總的來説，這次入住既有令人不滿的地方，也有讓人感到欣慰的時刻。希望酒店能夠加強對餐廳服務員的培訓，提升服務質量，以確保每一位客人都能在酒店度過愉快的時光。
