House central on old town, all facilities and shops close by, spotlessly clean, high standard of bedding, kitchen stuff, TV. Carmo the lady owner persgreeted us,warmly and professionally. One of the gest we've ever stayed, anywhere in the world.

We arrived for one night to the place to visit the city area that is all lightened with Christmas decoration. The location is just great, the guest house is the center of the interesting staff, all around restaurants and bars. The problem was that room was not clean at all, dust came out of everywhere and it was really frustrating to know we are going to breath all this dust for the night… also when we arrived air condition wasn’t checked and it took some time to the owner to fix it. Toilet had broken things, the hot water went cold after 2 people have showered so I had to shower with rather cold water as I already was inside the bath…For one night i am fine with all of this but of if I had to stay more I would go to another place.

the location is perfect and the rooms are very spacious. We were there as a family of five, three teens and our family suite had two bedrooms and a living room with tv and couch so can sit someplace other than our beds. My only complaint is we had no hot water. It's warmish but not enough for me and I skipped a shower that day.
