Haikou Hotels with Gym

Hotel has a good location surrounded by many restaurants/bakery/cafe. There is also a mall just across the hotel and a souvenir shop adjacent to it. I only booked the room for one night but decided to extend my stay as it is very convenient, clean and comfortable. The room also has ample space and looks very modern. On the second night, the hotel staff also left a fruit basket in my room; thank you for the kind gesture. For the price paid, I'd highly recommend this hotel!

My final stay was at the Mercure Haikou City Center. I booked a Deluxe room, which was clean and functional. The staff were friendly and even helped us check out from the previous hotel. The location was excellent, with easy access to parks and malls. The room came with a bidet, which was a nice touch, and the bed was comfortable. However, the air conditioner was weak, and since we couldn’t open the window fully, we had to sleep without blankets. Overall, for the price and space, I can’t complain. It’s a great hotel for city explorers who just need a place to bathe and sleep. There are plenty of food and shopping options within walking distance, and you can easily rent a bicycle to explore Evergreen Park, Century Park, and even Qilou Old Street.

Good location, next to a big shopping mall, 10 mins walk from Chengxi railway station. Breakfast is good, Good service from David, hotel provide shutter to airport but my flight at night and already out from shutter schedule time, David help to book didi to airport with no charge and pay by hotel.

Let's start with the positives. The rooms at the hotel were undeniably great. They were spacious, well-designed, and offered a comfortable ambiance. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail in the room decor, making it a pleasant space to relax after a long day of exploring the area. The hotel's breakfast selection was another highlight of my stay. There was a good variety of options, and the quality of the food was quite impressive. Starting my day with a satisfying breakfast definitely set a positive tone for my daily adventures. Though the overall service at the hotel was just okay, there was one staff member who stood out and made a significant difference in my stay - Kitty. Kitty's exceptional assistance and attentiveness were truly commendable. She went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed and provided excellent recommendations for local attractions and dining options. However, there were some glaring issues that affected my experience. First and foremost, the Wi-Fi connection was terrible. As a traveler, having reliable internet access is essential for staying connected and planning daily activities. Unfortunately, the unreliable Wi-Fi at the hotel made this difficult, and it was quite frustrating. Additionally, the swimming pool was a letdown. Despite appearing beautiful in the pictures, it was actually dirty during my stay. I was looking forward to relaxing by the poolside, but the unclean water made it an unappealing option. Furthermore, the location of the hotel was a significant drawback. It was far from most of the popular attractions and amenities, making it inconvenient and time-consuming to travel to places of interest. I found myself spending more time commuting than enjoying the destination itself. On the culinary front, while there was a restaurant called ”China First,” the food was indeed excellent. However, I can't overlook the fact that it was expensive, and overall, the hotel felt overpriced for the amenities and services provided.

We had some issue with the toilet not able to flush. The staff came and fix the issue for us immediately. Hotel was not located near to the city, there's no other mode of public transport available except calling for the taxi or DiDi in China which was quite easy using the Alipay app. Is about 20-30 mins drives to Qilou Old street and other malls in the city area. Price of the hotel room was consider reasonable and affordable. Overall staying experience was good.

Second time staying in this hotel and enjoying. Really good price/value. Hotel is in a central area and nice to relax alone or in couple.

The hotel is great, beyond my imagination. Come to participate in the consumer expo, and accidentally found a newly opened Home Inn Collection Hotel on Guomao Road is trial operation, and come to stay with the idea of giving it a try. As soon as you enter the lobby, you will feel refreshed, much more luxurious than the previous home. Entering the room, although it is a new hotel, there is no smell of decoration at all. The room is spacious and clean. The whole house is smart. The TV air conditioning curtain lights can be intelligently controlled. There is also a refrigerator and disinfection cabinet in the room. The most surprising thing is the window of the room. Panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows, It's really great to see the beautiful night view of Haikou. More than 100 meters downstairs is a large shopping mall Friendship Sunshine City, and there are many delicious foods inside. After the comprehensive experience, all aspects of the hotel have been done very carefully, far exceeding my expectations, highly recommended.

This is the first time I stayed at Wyndham Garden Hotel Haikou. Although I encountered a small episode of wet weather, the hotel's efficient service and caring care made us feel warm. Whether it is a quick change of room type or proactive recommendation of food, it reflects the hotel's meticulous attention to guests' needs. What impressed me most about staying at Manxinfu Hotel this time was the excellent service attitude and spotless guest rooms. From the moment I entered the door, the front desk lady greeted me warmly, took the initiative to help with the luggage, and also introduced the hotel facilities and surrounding travel guides. The guest room was very clean, the sheets were neat, and the floor was very new. Mysophobic people said it was extremely comfortable! There was no water stain in the bathroom and sink, the towels were fluffy and soft, and the toiletries were all high-quality, with full marks for details! When I came back at night, I found that the waiter had carefully opened the night bed, put fruits and warm cards, and was really moved by this meticulous service. Highly recommended to friends who pay attention to hygiene and service, it is absolutely worth the money, and I will come again next time!
