The hotel is in a reasonably convenient location within walking distance to malls, restaurants and shops. There’s also a park across the road if you want to take a walk in pleasant, quieter surroundings. The staff (especially the staff member preparing the room) were warm, welcoming and friendly. It is a short drive away from the beach. There is a restaurant in the hotel which looks very good but it was closed for the Chinese New Year vacation.

The amenities quite old and we unable to close the window and suddenly cannot open the door. We want to call receptionist by using the room phone but totally it is malfunctioning.. Then i just knock the door until the people outside hear and help to call receptionist. The wall also full of dust..

Location near old street but not very convenient to other places especially for modern shopping. Staff esp in room maintenance and technical staff unhelpful when internet wifi broken. Tv also very confusing to use. Had to request change of room after wifi in first room broken. Then in second room although there’s signal it doesn’t allow you to serve smoothly so had to use own mobile data. Rooms are very dated and lack cleanliness

Hotel is slightly old but the location, services and staff more than made up for it. Haikou's People Park is right opposite the hotel and very enjoyable to go join the very many groups of people exercising there especially after a meal. Don't mind the loud music coming from the park (shuts down after 10pm)- it shows there's life. Staff was very helpful to assist with my queries and requests. Also what I didn't know at first is the restaurant on the ground floor serves better Wenchang chicken than those I tried at the tourist spots in Qilou Old Street!!! It also has a very nice restaurant on the fourth (?) floor and really enjoyed the food there.

Highly recommend this hotel, front desk service excellent, helpful to provide us information and booking taxi for us to the airport. I have booked a family room which is so big can accommodate 4pax. Their room have a few theme which I take Doraemon.
Location of the hotel to Qi Lou Old Street walk there will take approximately 20-25 minute, If is take taxi only 10 minute. I will be back again

staff is helpful,there are more than one F&B outlet within the hotel...very convenient and served generally good and affordable food..right opposite a large public park and within 15 min walk to shopping malls

Staff is responsive to service requests eg. Change faulty phone, rusty kettle. Location is good, near busstop and within proximity of shopping area. Breakfast is good, large portion we could eat leftover for lunch 😁

Very nice place to stay for a couple nights. Clean and good service. Brought me some fresh fruit each morning as well.

Nice enough hotel in an alright location. The staff were friendly and helpful and helped us find a place to do a covid test nearby.
The room was nice enough and had very large windows which was great for viewing the city and letting in natural light 👍
