衞生：小區是新的，房屋裝修很新，沒有味道，衞生條件很好服務：老闆服務響應很快，密碼入住，交通：樓下停車位很多，充電樁也夠用，房屋定位很準確，交通很便利設施：房租設施是全新的，沒有壞的或發黴的味道，住的很舒服總的來説，是五星體驗，如果是在海口觀瀾湖短住，推薦這家民宿。

房間不大，洗澡間轉身的機會都很難，有個小陽台；沒有晾衣架，説好的第二天送過來，都是忽悠，大忽悠；陽台的晾衣架灰層超級大，鋪滿厚厚一層，而且還生銹....

位置特別偏僻，環境特別好，服務人員很耐心，回微信很快，但是基本問啥都不知道，周邊沒有吃的，荒蕪人煙，我們晚上9點多到的司機跟着酒店定位也找不到，半夜荒郊野嶺的我們家4口人帶了好多行李走了一公里才找到，坐了一天的飛機，挺崩潰了

環境很好，陽台上直接看到果嶺，下面就是高爾夫球場，景色無敵。打球也方便，房間、客廳寬敞，衞生間略小。
服務：客服很親切，有問必答
衞生：略差，本來衝著今年新開業的才去的，覺得設施會比較新，衞生有保障。保潔員差一點，入住時衞生間一地水，沒法下腳，叫來保潔拖地，前後差別不大，説晾乾就行。客廳裏前一個客户留下的瓜子皮都保留在地上。

觀瀾湖度假區裏面，鬧中取靜，晚上除了牛叫聽不到任何聲音，開車去野生動物園很方便，到海口市區基本半小時車程，退房時候把筆記本電腦遺落在房間，第二天保潔大姐發現，點贊

住宿訂的兩個晚上，30號和1號，到第二個晚上的時候睡到早上7點多熱醒的，以為是公寓停電了，問了店家回覆説線路檢修，整個公寓停電，後來吃了早餐收拾行李準備回家的時候，出門發現鄰居家都有電，有住户的家裡都有電，就我們住的這家沒有，難道因為我們衹訂到1號晚上，然後到2號的早上7點多就自動斷電嗎？感覺被趕着走一樣，一大早就沒水沒電的，問了店家後才有水，但是電一直沒有，沒法燒開始給孩子沖奶，真是一次體驗感非常差的一次住宿。

房間環境衞生都是還不錯的，就是位置有點偏僻，外賣能送到的少之又少，吃飯，去景點都挺遠，價格雖然不高，綜合考慮也不算便宜。
