Location: right on the promenade by the beach with restaurants and convenient stores nearby.
Service: the staff were very friendly and patient with the language barrier.
Amenities: I liked the balcony with a dining table. The room was very spacious with nice decor. I appreciated how they gave me washing up liquid and laundry detergent. Other places I stayed at in Hainan didn't and I had to buy my own. I liked the amount of storage space. However, I don't like disposable towels. It's very uncomfortable. Some of the cooking equipment they provided was very old and worn out. It should be updated. There also wasn't any hot water in the kitchen or bathroom sinks, making it difficult to wash my hands or dirty dishes properly
Cleanliness: severely lacking. The cleaning staff don't do a thorough job. The bathroom floor was wet when I checked in and the bathroom stank of urine. The shelves in the fridge were also really dirty. It also looked like the cleaner forgot to clean the toilet. And for some reason they filled the holes in the shower wall with toilet paper.
Overral: Because they don't provided hot water for dish and hand washing and don't clean their rooms properly before check-in, I cannot recommend others to stay here cause it's a health violation. Next time I go to Haikou I will find a cleaner place to stay with hot water throughout the property.
It's a shame because it's a really nice property in a great location. Great but wasted potential.

The service was great but the room was really bad, cobweb on the walls, no toothpaste and brush, the bathroom and balcony wasn’t appealing

This hotel was OK but they gave my 17-year-old son a lot of trouble checking in because they say he wasn’t 18 years old yet but come on it’s a holiday tons of students are checking into hotels so it took me a while to get the hotel to let him get checked, in kind of disappointed about it

The room is very tired and needs a complete renovation. But the most unpleasant thing is the dirt! The staff does not monitor the cleanliness of the room at all! They only change towels and take out the trash every day, they can also throw things that are on the dining table in the trash. There is a stove, but there are no dishes! There are not even plates and cutlery, not to mention pots and pans. The traditional Chinese breakfast consists of noodle soup. There is no tea, no coffee, nothing but noodles, so we did not go to breakfast after one visit. The location of the hotel is convenient, but the dirt and the need for repair will not allow us to return here again! I do not recommend it to anyone!

This room is really great, much better than the hotel I stayed in before. The house is very large and it is right by the sea. It is very nice to take a walk on the beach after dinner. I highly recommend it!
