就是小區裏的那種普通住房，公共廁所。老闆是個老爺子！攜程界面上沒説接送機服務，訂前打電話諮詢了一下有沒有接送服務，老闆説離車站很近可以接送，不是事。然後我就訂了。結果老闆打電話説我們十一點多怎麼到站那麼晚，我也沒往心裏去，他也沒説不接的事。我們到站後給他打電話，他説等會，然後又説不是你電話一打，車就能立馬接你的！然後我們等了半小時，車站已經沒人了就剩我們幾個。老闆來接了，又唸叨着我們訂這麼便宜，還接你們～還説他們他們網上界面都沒有提接送服務之類的！唉真是。之前跟他打電話他説很近 説接送都不是事，後面讓等那麼久、又在抱怨……我沒有非要讓你接送，你可以拒絕説沒有這個服務！大方答應了，又在那説三道四！真無語！第二天我們打個車去了海港，懶得聽那些抱怨！建議需要接送服務的直接找那種網絡界面上就顯示的。免得糟心！

民宿老闆人很好，熱情好客，我凌晨四點多來的，本來想寄存一下行李去玩的，但是老闆給提前安排入住，解決了我的後顧之憂，非常感謝老闆的善解人意！民宿乾淨衞生，設施齊全，樓層較高，視野開闊，離海口站非常近，地理位置較優越，我住了兩天，非常滿意，下次我再來海口旅遊，一定再來這裏住。

訂之前一定要注意，這家民宿是一件四室一廳的房子，分成了四個房間，衹有兩個房間有內部的馬桶，其餘的壓根不是像賓館，酒店一樣的，有時候得和陌生人搶廁所用，而且説白了都是一個房子裏住，隨時可能和陌生人打照面。
老闆的服務態度，衹能説那麼回事吧，我反正是不太滿意的，説話給人感覺比較沖。
因為其實是一個房子，有公用廚房，灶台上還有一把略帶銹跡斑斑的小菜刀，不知道用處是什麼，但是很成功地隔應到人了。
雖然我定的房間不算貴，但是如果能再填幾十塊錢，建議大家住更安全的。
