Reasonable location not too far from malls and restaurants. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Rooms recently renovated: modern and comfortable. No safe in the room. Not listed on Google maps.

My final stay was at the Mercure Haikou City Center. I booked a Deluxe room, which was clean and functional.
The staff were friendly and even helped us check out from the previous hotel. The location was excellent, with easy access to parks and malls. The room came with a bidet, which was a nice touch, and the bed was comfortable.
However, the air conditioner was weak, and since we couldn’t open the window fully, we had to sleep without blankets.
Overall, for the price and space, I can’t complain. It’s a great hotel for city explorers who just need a place to bathe and sleep. There are plenty of food and shopping options within walking distance, and you can easily rent a bicycle to explore Evergreen Park, Century Park, and even Qilou Old Street.

Was given a free upgrade to a large room with separate living room and bedroom and two toilets. The room was so good we could stay here for weeks! Location of hotel central and not too far from attractions. Buffet breakfast was delicious! For other meals, a short 10 minute walk takes you to many options at MixC shopping centre.

In my travels through China staying in different hotels this is one of the best. The staff were so helpful at reception & at morning breakfast. The laundry facility was an unexpected bonus. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Good location. Hotel surrounding with many restaurants and shopping mall. Free laundry and Gym. Service staff are helpful and easy to communicate.
