這次入住的酒店體驗堪稱滿分！發現WiFi信號弱後，掃碼反饋立馬有專人上門調試，處理效率超高，還收到酒店贈送的精緻果盤，細節服務太暖心。房間裏配備茶具，閑時能愜意品茶；床墊軟硬適中，躺上去像被雲朵包裹，加上靜謐的環境，整夜安睡無擾。驚喜的是，無論是提前辦理入住，還是延遲退房，都完全免費。這樣的神仙酒店，下次來一定首選！

酒店服務很好、前台人員很暖心，出差在外，需要的是一家酒店這樣的服務。晚上用餐回來衣服有些油漬、前台人員還擔心洗衣機洗不乾淨，用手洗、洗完烘乾再送回房間。很專業、也很暖心，以後海口就住她們家！

我們去萬寧，有點晚了就在海口住一晚，這家酒店給我的印象特別好，前台的小姐姐們都很熱情，還給孩子們送了小禮物，房間設施很漂亮，住起來很舒服，餐廳的大姐和師傅們都很熱情，體驗感很好，推薦大家來海口就選全季👍

我經常出差來海南，對比海南其他的全季，這個店除了又新而且是第一個讓我覺得睡起來很踏實安穩的酒店，我住的套房，空間大，比其他全季性價比高很多吧，服務也很到位，退房還會送小禮品，總之值得推薦，不是託哦～
