Checked in at 10am. I guess they just finished cleaning. The water on the bathroom floor was not mopped. The layout of the whole room was weird, with bumps. I took a nap at noon and felt horrible. They asked for two more bags of coconut powder in the evening. The front desk agreed to have the housekeeping service deliver it. I didn't see the two bags of coconut powder until I checked out. The soundproofing in the room was very poor. The neighboring room shouted "Xiao Ai Xiao Ai" and "Turn off the lights". I could hear it clearly. The pillows were also very uncomfortable. I have never slept on such bad hotel pillows.
