床鋪、衞生間、房間地上牆上到處都很臟，座台老闆態度也不行。寫的免費停車，去後到處都收費，過四五到收費桿，衹有房後很窄的路邊可勉強停車，我怕車被擦刮，衹好自己掏錢停車。

住吧，一住一個不吱聲，地上有煙頭，房間像很久都出租不出去的。衞生間💩都不充，三更半夜麻將聲依舊，那前台帶我過去還説什麼看我一個小女生給我找個安靜乾淨的房間。氣死了，衞生間的發現的時候太晚了，第二天還要早起考試，幸好自己帶了個睡袋。

我當時訂房的時候人還是在海上，信號不是很好，有一句沒一句的跟老闆聊，老闆很有耐心的，一一都回復我了，然後我們到店的時候，還用他的小電瓶車帶我們去找宵夜吃，老闆是一個非常熱情的小夥子。。衞生條件也還挺好的，對得起這個價格。我聲明我不是託，大家可以放心的訂他家的房間住。

設施很舊很老，本來有免升房權益結果説不知道，被子毛巾都是破破爛爛的，衞生非常查，馬桶都刷不乾淨，空調也不製冷熱了一晚上，不推薦

就這個價格來講非常不錯了，房間衞生挺乾淨的。附近還能免費停車，樓下有飯店比較吵，但是不會鬧到很晚。唯獨下水道反味兒比較大。

房間比較舊，衞生乾淨，環境也好，交通方便，附近吃，喝比較多，老闆人挺好，比較熱情，價格便宜房間很大，住着舒服，下次來海口繼續訂
