The both hotel room 906 & 723 are so clean and is Smart system. The concierge staff are very helpful and room cleaners are very helpful & responsible too.I will definitely come back again and recommend my friend too.
Especially when we check out the room and our flight is 11pm,the concierge guy still allow us to use the rest room,I really appreciate for his extra mile.

For the price, it's pretty decent.. the downsides are the poor sound-proofing, sounds from the road and corridor are loud. The mattress from the bed is also rather old as you could feel the spring. Staff seemed impatient when I asked about the hotel Wifi.
I enjoyed browsing the channels on the hotel TV and the shampoo and body soap, so that was nice.

This is the first hotel I stayed in when I came to Hainan. The service was warm, thoughtful, considerate and meticulous. It was very comfortable to stay in, and the hygiene details of the room were in place. Oh, and there was also an intelligent voice Xiaodu in the room. The children liked it very much and kept using it to listen to music and talk haha.
