We had a pleasant stay at the InterContinental Haikou. The rooms were modern, clean, and comfortable, and the staff were helpful and welcoming. Overall everything was good, but the hotel’s park area definitely needs improvement, it feels a bit outdated compared to the rest of the property. The breakfast could also be better, both in variety and quality. Still, it’s a solid hotel with great potential if these areas are upgraded.

酒店位置很好，訂了海景房景色很好，但是房間味道很大，發黴的味道，隔音很差，早上8點不到服務員就開始搞衞生，咚咚的還有拖把刮地的聲音，早餐的衞生真的一言難盡，看圖吧，雖説是客人素質問題，但是這麼臟了服務員也不收一下，還是在門口的位置😂 麪檔的味道可以，有海南特色

完全超出期望的一家酒店，Kanye同款，性價比很高，與海口地標世紀大橋、世紀公園隔海相望，在十一樓健身房陽台就可以觀看到絕美晚霞。離海南大學很近，打車去騎樓老街等景點都很方便。酒店大堂很氣派，所有服務人員都很熱情周到。洗護用品都是byredo，提供人字拖，室外泳池很大，晚上吹着海風游泳很舒服。送的旅拍質量也很不錯！攝影師小哥很專業很健談，立馬加錢選了套餐。下次來海口還會選擇這家。

吹爆海口華彩洲際酒店～
不止一次入住這家酒店啦 這次又聯繫了Sabrina，Sabrina幫忙提前安排高樓層房間景觀超棒～躺在浴缸裏泡澡就可以看到外面的海景景觀 而且還是瓊州海峽270度無死角海景！房間智能馬桶還有特意給我準備的乳膠枕滿滿的細節 非常有質感。還有傍晚時分的夜床更是特別貼心了😍😍我下次來還要住！我真的捨不得走😭戒斷反應特別嚴重🥺
還有早餐更是特別精美，早餐的後安粉特別正宗簡直跟萬寧本地的沒啥區別 我就這樣在配着海平面的晨光嗦粉🤤還有酒店周邊步行就可以到天空之山，開車十分鐘就可以到雲洞圖書館和騎樓老街，酒店還有免税店穿梭巴士和折扣出行和購物都特別方便

我預訂了標準大床房，前台主動將房間升級為套房。然而，進入房間後便聞到刺鼻的異味，整體也給人一種陳舊感，因此我決定換回原來的標準間。
管家通過微信溝通時，曾表示“您預訂的是公寓類房間”，試圖解釋情況，直到我發送截圖後，對方才承認是工作失誤。
整個溝通過程中，工作人員的態度較為敷衍，給我們升級套間要感恩戴德一樣，服務體驗欠佳。與三亞洲際酒店相比，兩者的服務質量差距明顯。
此外，房間內的充電插頭位置離床較遠，建議入住時提前準備一根長接線板。
