Exchange Bank Hotel Hainan

I chose this place as my first stop on my Hainan trip. I thought it was close to the city, and the facilities and surroundings would be better, but I was very disappointed: 1. The grass is worn out and black, and feels hard to use; 2. The guest did not mention the disposable slippers, and the front desk service did not remind them. After checking in, there were only slippers that had been worn, and there were hair on the shoes that had not been cleaned. The women's shoes had turned black and had not been cleaned. The customer service returned to the check-in experience and found out that it was once You can ask for sex slippers, but if they are not provided, who knows if they have any? What’s more, it was already 2:30 in the morning when we checked in; 3. The toilet is a bit dirty and smelly, and the sanitation is poor; Not recommended~ If you come to Haikou, I recommend the Vienna at the airport~

This is the second time I stayed at this hotel in Vienna. This time I came here for the free airport pick-up. The price/performance ratio is very high. The breakfast is also very good. The front desk service is also very enthusiastic. I will come again.
