Excellent location ,cleaninese, free airport pickup service. Great breakfast variety option.Only cons is the noise ( sound proof) from adjacent airport .

I had a great time in Mango crystal hotel, Miss Luo helped us look for the local attractions, organised our travel route and booked uber for us, I strongly recommend this hotel, you will have a happy adventure in Haikou.

the hotel reception is very friendly and helpful especially 小骆，give me all information I need.
For those want to go airport early. This is a good choice. Breakfast not much but tasty. With this price, we can't ask for more

Located very near to the airport so it's a great place to go when you need a place to sleep over night and head back to the airport early next day. Room is huge and reasonably comfortable. They have big fluffy pillows.
Customer service is great, they are very helpful and well-mannered.
Do bring your own hair dryer as theirs are not very efficient in drying the hair.if you are a light sleeper, do request for rooms that are "shielded" from airplanes sound.

The clean and comfortable rooms provide a good rest, and the location is excellent for those with early flights or layovers. The staff is polite and helpful, though dining options and amenities are limited.

I booked a family room for 3 people. The room was huge, had what seemed like a king bed and a queen bed.
The staff are nice and friendly but they only spoke mandarin. Booking the airport transfer was a little bit of a mission as I had to use the airport wifi and called them via my Trip.com booking.
Other than that I am extremely happy with my room and my stay. Will definitely recommend and book again.
