前台辦入住的女服務員的態度真的很差勁，是上夜班太累了？那公司真的要關心一下員工的情緒管理了。我的身份證當時入住出了問題，想用我男朋友的電子身份證入住，我男朋友當時讓另一個坐在那用電腦的女服務員幫他弄，那個女的情緒不太好説她不會，就很冷漠的在那裡繼續弄電腦！你不會你坐前台那裡幹嘛，這份工作太累了就換一份，我們也是好好和你説話，你那個聲音比我們還大，那個女的是不是被別的顧客虐麻了態度這麼差！是否考慮一下自己不適合服務行業呢？酒店是不是要關心一下員工的身心情緒問題呢？我看差評裏好多條提及了酒店前台服務不好，貴公司是否提高一下員工的服務意識呢？

差評！很不滿意，體驗感太差了，前台服務員很拉胯，完全沒笑臉，一副欠他錢的樣子，房間設施不行，衞生也打掃不到位，空調不製冷早上都被熱醒。

服務態度超級差，特別是夜班人員，開個房搞那一副了不起的樣子，首先我們住這個酒店已經很多次了，之前我們一直都住天藝東環，後來朋友介紹説自由島挺不錯的，前面兩次住給我們的體驗挺好的，兩次開房都是一位男生開的，態度非常好，會給我們升級房型，前天晚上是一個女生，開個房一直給我白眼，問什麼都回答不出來，續住房也沒有給打掃衞生，晚上去問已經開兩天還要刷卡嗎？給我來一句每天都要刷卡，希望酒店管管。
