club level is clean, and well serviced by hotel staff. towels changed daily. some stains on bedsheets first day. but these were subsequently changed by staff. service is great. however no indoor pool so swimming might be cold during winter. club level has nice afternoon tea. There is a morning and evening traffic jams, 1hr to reach airport during peak traffic jams.

位置沒得説，房間整體裝修不錯，就是用的毛巾，再節約控成本，該換的也該換了，毛巾和浴袍邊緣已經爛到爆漿拉絲了...這個價位匹配嗎？還有用的礦泉水調性和整個房間搭調嗎？最後那個吹風我都懶得説，用不起戴森你好歹配個平替萊芬？隔太近不注意的一吹就會把頭髮絞進去，一大股糊味！在漲價的同時是不是要考慮一下軟件也匹配到位？

非常滿意的一次入住體驗，工作人員熱情親切，房間安排的很不錯視野很好，從房間裏能看到海口的大海和萬綠園的景色，也能欣賞迷人的夜景。酒店地理位置很好，旁邊有大型商場萬象城，出行方便，下次有機會還會再次選擇。

Our 2 nights stay was absolutely wonderful, thanks to all the hotel staffs. The staffs were welcoming and accommodating our requests, especially Ms. Julie, Ms. Sally, and Ms. Betty on the reception. Very professional. The rooms were perfect, spacious, comfortable, and clean. The rooms also have beautiful sea view. Breakfast was delicious and had great variety. There is a shopping mall just accross the hotel, which is very convenient. It really was a great stay, and we will definitely stay here again.

首先呢，對這家酒店的服務是最滿意的，從辦理入住的前台，到六樓西餐廳用早餐的工作人員，都是很熱情的，一看就是很專業的那種。退房時，忘記拿洗手枱邊上的面霜了，前台就及時聯繫上我，並安排工作人員把面霜送到一樓給我。其次呢，房間打掃的工作人員很認真，我有問過她的名字，但是後來又給忘記了（我後來也在房間留紙條感謝她非常認真的打掃我們的房間了）。最後有個小小的建議，就是健身房的東西太少了，哈哈，建議可以適當增加，不過好像地方也不大
