The staff at this hotel was the nicest, friendliest group of people I have met in all of China. The staff (Ella) told me the owner had six hotels in the island and he has given them incredible spirit of customer service.

We sadly got stuck in Haikou in the time when Hainan was plaqued by a Covid outbreak and there was no way to leave the Island. Luckily we picked this Hotel to wait it out, and we stayed here in total 12 nights of which we spend basically the whole time inside our room. The whole hotel has a nice Flair, everything is green and fitting the theme of forest. The room was quite comfy and welcoming, all amenities were there and working. The only downside was that the WiFi was pretty slow (therefore only 4points), so we basically needed to use our mobile internet the whole time. As this was a special situation we had a lot of interaction with the Hotel staff which, even that they didn't speak any English, always was extremely helpful and friendly and went the extra mile to support us. They washed our clothes for free and there was delicious free coffee and fresh fruit provided which gave us an extra welcoming feeling!
Due to our situation I can't really rate the location as we were not allowed to explore the surroundings, but all the positive experiences mentioned definitely put this place up there as one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at.
If I'd ever return to Haikou I'd definitely go back to this Hotel.

The location is very good, 🅿️ the car can be parked in the nearby basement, which is very convenient! The overall feeling is very exquisite, and the dishes are very good-looking. It is completely unexpected. Just come with confidence. The experience is first-class. In short, I highly recommend everyone to check in.

Clean and sanitary, there are fruits available for self-service in the public area. During the Spring Festival, the nearby restaurants were closed, and it was not easy to find a place to eat. Fortunately, I drove here. Parking is free, and I bought breakfast, which was delicious. The environment is good, with lush greenery, which is very pleasing to the eyes. The fish pond, fountain, and small bridge in the lobby are very popular with children. There is free laundry service, which is really good. I will stay here again next time I come

The lady boss is super nice. She cooked dumplings for us even though we arrived late on New Year's Eve and hadn't eaten yet. The room is also very exquisite, and all the small details are super comfortable. I like the breakfast very much. It is freshly cooked and clean.

The hotel is high-end and is 600 meters away from the North-South Fruit Market. The rooms are clean and hygienic, the bedding is comfortable, there are latex pillows and disposable towels.
