The service attitude at the front desk was not very good. I had booked a twin room but I had to say that I had booked a double room. The breakfast was really bad and there was nothing to eat at all. The breakfast was not as convenient as the one in the city.

房間完全沒有隔音，在25層半夜關緊窗都能聽到馬路上的車的喇叭；隔壁兩個房間的聲音也聽得一清二楚，走廊外有人敲隔壁房間的門好像在敲自己的門一樣，總之隔音完全沒有。然後浴巾很臟，有蟲子屍體和黑色的不知道啥東西，床單也不太乾淨，以黃色污漬。總之完全不像維也納一貫的表現，十分差勁

去年來海口住過一次這家酒店，中間間隔了好久沒來海口，這次有事來附近出差又訂了這家酒店，位置還是很好的，設施設備有點陳舊了，但是房間很乾凈的，酒店的工作人員很熱情，想買些性價比高的特色伴手禮帶回家，也有幫忙推薦！！
