酒店大氣、高檔、安靜，表揚小可哦，入住前給我打電話，幫我空調，除濕機都打開了，進去很舒服，不潮濕，香薰味道也很好聞，一般出門住酒店我會自帶吹風機，但這次臨時來辦事，沒帶，所以必須住亞特，其實離我辦事的地方是有點遠的，但酒店住得舒服，遠點也無所謂。早餐也很nice，糕點小麪包做得超級漂亮！

提前一天就接到大堂副理麗娜的電話，很詳細的問了我的住房的喜好，主動加了微信，還幫我升級了房型，到店後也一直跟蹤服務的很到位，主動介紹酒店的餐廳和娛樂設施，我忘記帶手機充電器，直接聯繫麗娜幫我送到房間，歡迎水果和晚間的糖水味道都非常好，離店後麗娜還主動聯繫問我入住體驗，非常好的一次體驗，下次來三亞還會住亞特！

服務：前台的小姐姐很熱情，還升級了一下，很不錯😄
設施：不錯，有戴森，浴缸，我老公覺得泡澡🛀🏻很舒服，別的酒店他都不喜歡泡澡的，就喜歡這個了😂
衞生：不錯
環境：位置有一點點偏，附近也有可以點的外賣，早餐也還不錯。上來玩四天，老公想住市區，所以住一個晚上就退了。自己開車的話住這不錯，不開車喜歡逛街的話還是住市區比較方便。
喜歡在酒店呆的這酒店也是不錯的選擇。畢竟還是洲際旗下的酒店還不錯

五星好評給到酒店，房間寬敞，淋浴舒適，備品是寶格麗，舒適好用，特別感謝前台跟禮賓部的超五星服務，快遞不辭辛勞送貨上門，粗心大意留下了行李，還好有酒店的提醒，並迅速建羣幫忙配合司機運送行李，順利在我們到達下一個酒店前收到了行李，真是萬分感謝，唯一美中不足是人多時早餐粥檔服務跟不上，建議啟用餐牌號碼或取餐器，更高效合理，祝酒店的工作人員與酒店服務都越來越好！會推薦來海口的朋友入住，有機會也會再來！
