Booked this hotel because of the family room. Cleaniness to be improved. House keeping daily only change towels n make up bed. Floor not vacuumed. Stayed for 3 nights. The lift is shared with other hotels. Currently undergoing some renovation on other level.

This hotel is great, we enjoyed a lot with kids. Architecture and designing is best.
Front desk is good and talk with us very friendly. Our washroom door broken by kids, and they changed to other big room free of cost.

The room is very clean and big. The staff is very friendly. The hotel is very close to the duty-free shop. The Dad Tea on the second floor is also very good.
I was catching a flight in the morning and left my shoes and watch in the room. The front desk staff was very helpful and helped to send the express. Thank you again!
