酒店位於海口的繁華地段，旁邊就是希爾頓和海口萬象城，出現很方便，就是週末堵車嚴重。辦理入住在35層，然後再下對應的樓層入住。房間的佈局很用心，尤其是浴室部分，還有一面巨大的落地鏡。
餐飲方面自助早餐高峯期需要排隊等位，建議提前來。索菲特作為法國品牌，早餐有可頌和法棒，這其他五星級酒店也有啊，所以沒有很出彩。甚至早餐我沒見到其他法式特色餐食了。總之個人對酒店的體驗感覺中規中矩吧。

作為回頭客，依然挺滿意。前台小哥能記住姓氏，有種老朋友的親切。房間隔音還可以，床墊支撐力不錯。早餐麪包類能夠滿足我的需求和咖啡是完美搭配。周邊溜達着就能解決吃飯購物，挺省心。

來海口出差看到這家網評挺高的就果斷選擇了。前台根據我的需求提前安排了高樓層寬敞的房間，還很有禮貌。房間安排的很滿意，床墊的舒適感完全超出預期，它不是單純的軟或硬，而是能根據身體曲線自適應貼合。退房也快速幫忙開好發票，這裏的服務符合國際五星級標準，下次出差還住這裏。

入住體驗可以的，整體體驗蠻舒服，服務人員都很熱情，前台很友好幫忙處理文件，眼鏡小哥哥也幫忙處理掉了不要的文件，退房不用等就直接幫忙開具發票. 地理位置也很便捷. 周邊商務出行十分便利。

emmm～怎麼説泥，感覺和大陸的索菲特沒法比吧。我是住了三晚，第一天入住的時候和朋友在外面玩的很晚了，回去一開花灑，簡直了真的，接口處一直在漏水 並且非常非常嚴重，具體原因就不清楚了哈～真的沒感打開去看。當時太累了就直接在浴缸隨便洗洗就睡了，第二天一早就去到前台告知我為什麼要更換房間，我告訴他們我現在非常的累，昨天因為這件事沒有睡好～前台告知我需要等待30分鐘，讓兩個阿姨加急給我打掃出來，結果我回到房間等了40分鐘左右，並沒有人通知我，我就主動聯繫了那麼工作人員，説明瞭情況。工作人員告知我還沒有打掃好，讓我耐心等待，我真的…過後大概15分鐘左右，才有人帶我來換房間，從告知到有人帶我換房大概在50分鐘以上。我請問泥？？？我的時間難道不是時間嘛？？我一直在房間乾等着…説好的30分鐘就收拾出房間泥？？我真的不理解了…衹能説這個酒店對員工培訓裏沒有培訓關於時間觀念相關的知識😅其實我也不是不能等，但是你至少要提前告知我30分鐘收拾不出房間吧…一直讓我乾等也是厲害的👍其次換了房間，吹風機按鈕是壞的，厲害真的👍👍👍我在要求換房時已經反覆強制我很在意衞生情況，那你們檢查衞生的工作人員是一直都沒有發現那麼明顯的問題的😅好吧 我説的話簡直就是在**。我覺得一家國際連鎖五星級酒店不應該出現那麼低級的錯誤的。希望你們相關領導可以多加強一下員工培訓吧。吧枱Jason調酒師出的雞尾酒蠻OK的，大家可以去試試，最主要氛圍換那麼好的，有樂隊駐唱。還有你們食材能不能換一家好一點的供應商，餐飲出品是真的爛真的難吃！！真的能吃出食材用的不怎麼樣，廚師水平不行…擺拍也是奇葩

房間很大，設計風格很摩登現代，比起三亞索菲特好太多了。
早餐餐廳環境無敵海景，菜品總的來説還不錯。
中餐廳每次進去都是很熱情，服務周到，菜品水準也是一直很好，菜品忘記拍照了，性價比也是很高。
下次到海口還是會選擇這裏
