建議女生不要入住服務員，隨時穿個三角褲，到處跑衞生環境老闆很坑，很摳，專挑你毛病我來三亞做了幾百個旅店，這是我見過最垃圾最差的

屬於能住，但是住的不好受的地方。海口的晚上是很熱的，沒有空調，衹有一個很響的風扇。房間燈光昏暗，味道比較重，蚊蟲很多。洗澡間同樣很昏暗，花灑能用，但也衹是能用。當然這個價格，還要啥自行車？不過出來旅遊還是要對自己好點。加錢去個有空調的地方，體驗真的不一樣。
老闆態度很好，説你覺得這裏環境不好住不了，可以通過平台退房退款。

優點: 1、小區環境絕對高大上，周邊也多是高層住宅 2、北門離海濱公園很近，是本地人休閑去處，東邊是萬綠園，西邊是假日海灘。 3、去海口老火車站很方便 4、價格也比較實惠。 5、青旅位於17樓，相對來説比較乾淨，也沒有蚊子。缺點: 1、周圍生活設施比較少，去最近的金貿文華農貿市場（農產品價格不便宜，但門口的餐飲店非常多，也比較實惠）要公交幾站路 2、這裏不禁煙，總有人抽個不停，二手煙吸個飽😭😷。 屋裡都是男生，基本沒有女生來住。另外 老闆應該是個拼搏青年👦🏻，做事比較努力。還養了幾衹貓。（是不是喜歡貓🐱就是仁者見仁智者見智了）。總之也是個省錢的去處。

價格便宜，設施齊全，位置靠近海口市中心，主人養的三衹貓也挺可愛的。但是也有不好的地方，這個賓館不好找，就連走到那棟樓下都沒有標誌，而且我在樓下問路問了幾個人，他們都不知道這個賓館在哪，更別説離得遠的人了，還有就是打電話經常打不通或者沒人接。不過總的來説，才十幾塊錢的性價比還算很高了
